“Honestly ..? Really underwhelming … amount of flowers for price not really stacking up”

Thank for for your review. We're really sorry you're disappointed with your arrangement. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer - once they've had a few days to bloom and open fully, they'll look much more like the photos on our website. All our bouquets are carefully designed with detailed descriptions of what's included available online. Many of our flowers are sent in bud to ensure they stay fresh for longer in the home - this is part of our 7-day freshness guarantee. We recommend following the care instructions provided with the delivery. Once the flowers have fully bloomed, they'll look much more like the photos on our website. “Since the first time I sent flowers via Bunches, I will never use another florist. Both friends I have sent flowers to have been delighted with them. Some arrived open and others are in bud so they last about 3 weeks.. they sre excellent.”
