Very unhappy with the size of the flowers versus the cost and l was made to believe lm buying a large bunch..total rip off

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Very disappointed. I ordered well in advance birthday flowers as a surprise. However, as Bunches use Royal Mail they didn't arrive until 7pm the day after the birthday. Bunches know how bad Royal Mail deliveries are so why use them when there are much better delivery options. I shall not be using them again.

No complaint with regards delivery, but the plant purchased died within two weeks. Very disappointed as it was a birthday gift for my wife.

I was very disappointed as the flowers were a thank you to a friend. The quantity of the flowers struck me as being a joke. I photographed the meager arrangement and sent a complaint. I haven't heard anything back and won't be using the company again. 😠😦

Selected delivery date of 23rd March and delivered on 24th March the day after my friends birthday. Customer service line supposed to close at 5pm, it closed earlier on 23rd March went straight to answer machine at 4.45pm stating opening next day. Expected flowers to be delivered in bouquet they arrived with recipient in a box so why have option of standard or letterbox they are both the same! Wrote review on Trustpilot and response was lacking, just standard wording. Bunches absolutely spoilt the birthday surprise for a 91 year old birthday. Bunches state 'trusted courier' used when fact is its Royal Mail !! All in all

Not impressed. Paid extra for delivery of flowers on mother's day. Tracker showed they attempted to deliver at 10am and 2pm however when checking security footage of the front gate no attempt of delivery. Then flowers delivered the next day and just left at the gate, so no signature was required so why were they not left on the day I paid extra for. As someone was home the whole day! Absolute con if you want delivery on a specific day and pay extra for it, they dont deliver!

Mother's day gift to forget! The plant arrived look worse for wear, I was hoping with some water and sunlight it would improve but unfortunately not. Very disappointed and won't be using this company again

I was extremely disappointed in these flowers there was about £10 worth of flowers in a £22 bunch they paid delivery I was £26 all in not worth the money never used Bunches before and I wouldn’t use them again

We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite meet your expectations on arrival. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible and protect them on their journey to you. As this bouquet isn't from our hand-tied range, it would need a little arranging once it arrives, and given a day or two to open up and bloom — at which point it should look just like the image on our website. We're sorry to hear the bouquet didn't quite match what you saw online — our website photos do show the flowers in full bloom, whereas they're often sent in bud to keep them as fresh as possible for their journey to you. They should open up beautifully over the next day or two with a little care! Regarding the price tag, we're sorry for any confusion this has caused. I ordered mothers day flowers for delivery(I live in Australia) 4 days before mothers day. I later found out that the flowers which were advertised as mothers day flowers didnt arrive on mothers day but the day after. Really dissapointing, I contacted bunches and what was even more dissapointing, was the stock standard response that basiclaly said they didnt care and not there problem. DO NOT USE BUNCHES

I ordered mothers day flowers. Having paid $50 i was very disappointed as they were nothing like the image, and very much smaller. I was upset enough that i looked up how to contact Bunches, and left 2 text messages through whatapp as recommended. I can see that they were read but recieved no reply. Not happy by the service and obviouly not going to order from them again.

Bought flowers specifically sold as mothersday flowers, paying a premium specifying the Sunday for arrival. They arrived the day after mother's day, and was told I conveniently fitted in the 5% of those who fell outside of delivery....

Paid extra for it to be delivered on Mother’s day but when I got a delivery email I found out they had used Royal Mail which do not deliver on Sundays. The parcel arrived later Monday afternoon. I ordered it Thursday morning. They had no intention of delivering the parcel on Mother’s Day otherwise they would not be using Royal Mail. I wrote to complain about this and didn’t get a response back. False advertised to scam people out of more money. You didn’t deliver a service which you promised and therefore I should get a refund on my delivery charges. I wont be using again.
