The flowers did not last as long as normal and the topiary died within first day. Normally the flowers are great so very disappointed

I was very disappointed with the amount of actual lilies and roses contained within the arrangement compared to what was shown in the pictures and the fact that it cost nearly £50.

The flowers were ok i could have got something as good from the petrol station for less money however they were delivered thats where the money goes.

Lovely selection of flowers, quick dispatch and delivery, however roses in bunch started to die the next day and rest weren't long to follow. Quite disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied selection and would therefore need to be arranged on arrival and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. The flowers did not meet expectations from the photo. I wanted the flowers to look like picture on website but very disappointed. They were a ‘thank you’ gift for my friend and when she sent me a photo of them I could only apologise to her for the feeble looking offering, some stems were very short (or broken) and to be honest just looked sad. They were delivered on the right day so that’s a plus.

Our flowers are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days. While most deliveries arrive on the first day, there can occasionally be delays that result in delivery on the second day, as this service isn't guaranteed next-day delivery. We do off a guaranteed service for customer who require a specific date, however, this was not selected on this occasion. Bouquet bought for sympathy on anniversary of husband's death. Flowers delivered on designated date but left downstairs in rain and wind. Recipient not contacted when delivered at all I had to tell her! Already put in adverse comments to DPD. No reply. Guaranteed delivery paid for
