Delivery was on time, unfortunately the quality of the flowers was poor. Had them delivered on a Saturday by Tuesday the Rose's had dropped and the rest looked halve dead.

A £24 bouquet of freesias and gypsophila. Although thankfully I had a discount code. Arrived & Looked like a £8 bunch (Max)! One tiny scrawny sprig of gypsophila. Very disappointed. Worst flowers by post I’ve received. Such a shame.

Unfortunately would not order from Bunches again, the flowers were a lot less full then advertised in the picture. There were 9 visible roses on the online picture but only 5 in the ones received. I do not feel as though I got my money’s worth and am disappointed that what should have been a nice gift turned out to be very drab. Would post pictures if I had the option.

The bunch I ordered was a surprise birthday gift for my daughter However they only lasted a few days and the Gysophila was apparently nearly dead on arrival So I was not happy to hear this as I usually use Bunches

Sent 2 different bouquets - delivery was excellent - recipients were pleased and sent photos. To me both looked like cheap supermarket flowers and did not reflect how expensive they were - very disappointing. I have used Bunches a number of times but not sure I will use again.

The flowers did not look much like the photo and though the recipient was far too polite to say so, they were pretty disappointing. I compared the online picture with the reality. Disappointing. Will have to try elsewhere next time.

The flowers which were delivered to my mother did not look anything like the image on their website. They looked like something you would pick up at a service station.

This is the second consecutive order from Bunches that has been less than impressive. So much for their freshness guarantee. Within two days, one of the roses was wilting and shedding petals. The rest have limped along and have just - just - made seven days. The freesia are cut so early that they take days to open at all and, because they are cut so early, they never really bloom to any size or fragrance. All very disappointing, and £30 that I'm pretty sure could have been spent better elsewhere.

The box was definitely not supportive enough for the large flowers. The box did not seem to be marked with any 'delicate' or similar labels to provide information to the couriers to take care whilst handling the package. As a result, the box which was distributed by royal mail looked very much battered with a quarter of the bunch of flowers totally squashed. It was a great disappointment from my side as the flowers were sent to another person as a gift. Would look elsewhere for flower delivery companies willing to ensure adequate protection of the flowers.

The flowers were nice but there wasn't many of them compared to the Internet photos. Also the chocolate didn't arrive. Delivery was prompt, so that was good, but otherwise I didn't feel that impressed.

Arrived on time but disappointed in the flowers. The flowers were in bud and I'd not gone for letterbox flowers purposely because I wanted them to look good on the day as they were for a birthday. But to be honest they didn't look that great even when they opened. Very disappointing.
