“I didn't find the flowers sent as value for money. Aside the the bunch being v small fo rthe cost, I had to peel the outer layer of the roses away prior to arrnging in a vase due to them already colouring and curling with age”

“The flowers that Bunches arranged to be delivered are beautiful - I have seen a photo of them, but I ordered them to be delivered on a specific date and although processed by Bunches the day before that date, were not delivered until the day after. They appeared to sit with Royal Mail for 2 days. This means that they were not as fresh as they should have been on delivery but importantly, if the occasion hd been a birthday, anniversary, wedding or funeral they would have missed the vital date. After ordering and paying, on the confirmation statement the small print said they might be delayed, but if I had known that when ordering I would not have placed the order.”

“I have been a customer for many years. This is the first time I have been disappointed with late delivery, more so as flowers were sending condolences after a sudden bereavement. Ordered on Monday, due Wednesday....did not arrive until Friday. Royal mail sent an order addressed to Glasgow, to Midlands depot. Someone needs to look at a map.”

“I have used Bunches over several years and always been satisfied with them, however on this last occasion i was very disapointed. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday, delivery was to be Sunday 30th August, no delivery. On tracking the next day it appeared Royal Mail had receivef the order on the Saturday, said were unable to deliver on Sunday, nothing on the Monday and finally delivered on Tuesday afternoon. I know it was a Bank Holiday, but flowers were with Royal Mail for 3 days. Very disapointed and though it was out of Bunches hands, not sure if Royal Mail is reliable for perishables. Maybe need a rethink about delivery service.”
