“Ordered 2 arrangements for,Mother's Day, paid just under £60 in total, arrived on time as promised but flowers were disappointing given the amount of money I paid,for them.. Could of got a substantial bunch from local supermarket for a fraction of the cost, these were not worth the money as they barely filled the vase. Would not buy again..”

“The delivery for mother's day was good but I was shocked when I saw how small the box was when the flowers came. The price for the small bunch that was sent was far too much! A few more flowers would have been nice. I was slightly embarrassed when my mum opened the box to find a tiny bag of chocolates and a very small bunch of flowers. Such a shame.”

“I would never use this company to deliver flowers again. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my elderly mother for Mothers Day and paid an extra £5.95 as this was a Sunday. I was informed by the delivery company that I would be sent an email with a time delivery slot one hour before the flowers were to be delivered. Unfortunately this was never sent and because of this I was forced to phone my mum to tell her to expect a delivery. She waited in all day and to her knowledge no flowers were delivered. The next day I called to find out what had happened only to be told the flowers were left in the porch downstairs. I called my 86yr old mother and she found them the next day. I had given a contact telephone number as requested in case of any problems but no-one called it and what a pity my mother did not receive the flowers for Mothers Day. I need to be honest in case anyone to prevent anyone else having the same experience.”

“Flowers were nothing like picture, very misleading and disappointing....especially on Mother's Day! Looked like a sprig from the garden. Also didn't get tracking email that was implied. Only plus point was they arrived on time”

“I have always promoted this company but not again and neither will I be using them either. The flowers were delivered 2days early, the roses and freesias were past their best fully opened and on the turn. I emailed them and as of today (6days) they have not had the decency to even acknowledge it. The flowers were dead by Mothers Day, next time I will save my money and go to Aldi as I don't think this company can cope with demand.”

“Flowers were OK. Email stating text would be sent out the morning of Mothers Day with a 1 hour delivery slot, however, no text came which meant my Mum had to wait in which messed up booked plans for the day”

“This the first time I brought from Bunches. I won't be using them again. The flowers are completely different from what they look like on the site. On the site the bunches look well filled and big. In reality you getting the complete opposite, small flowers and hardly a handful. Price seriously isnt worth it.Wouldn't recommend bunches. Would stick to the more reliable suppliers like Interflora.”

“This was the first time I used the website and everything was fine up till the day of the delivery. I was told I would receive an email on the morning of the delivery day giving me a time slot however I did not receive any email and was concerned all day whether or not my delivery had reached the recipient until confirmed by then. In the end they did reach the recipient however bunches.co.uk did not follow what they said that they would do.”

“The flowers were ok and my mother was happy but personally looking at the picture online in comparison to what arrived I was disappointed. Some flowers were in bud but they didn't look the quality I expected for the price and some were discoloured but I am hoping they improve as they open. Not looking good so far!!”

“Chose this website as it was the best value for money. It states on your website the flowers come in bud form to last longer. When they arrived on Mother's Day, my mum sent me a picture saying thank you. I was very disappointed, a lot of the flowers were already half dead. Yes you was the cheapest but I expect flowers which look half decent. Not happy with my order.”

“The delivery & updates concerning delivery were spot on The flowers - disappointed. I live 3 hours away & when a photo shoot was sent showing them, I actually said - wow is that it. Would of got so much more any other day. Won't be using your service again I'm afraid. Thanks Susanna Livermore”

“The flowers i ordered were for Mother's Day, in the picture they looked healthy and colourful. They got delivered and left around the back of the house as i did not get an email stating a delivery slot as promised, so no one was in. The flowers were horizontal in a box in no water. They looked like they had seen better days to be honest. I could have spent less money and got a better bouquet from marks and spencer. Won't be using this company again.”
