The flowers came on time which is good, but the actual flowers were really disappointing. The bunch was really small and not how I thought they would be like as they came across a lot bigger online. I would have been better off going to my local florist and picking a bunch from there.

Very dissapointed, woz supposed 2 receive the flowers on the mornin ov Mothers Day but didn,t receive them til 3.45 in the avo. The card woz creased n the cake woz the wrong 1, U sent a fruit cake instead ov a chocolate cake n sum ov the icin had broken of it. I liv in Chichester West Sussex n my mum lives in Hull East Yorkshire, Laney Causton.

The flowers were ordered to arrive on Mothers Day and I received an email to say they would be delivered in the morning. However they did get delivered until late evening. My mother found them on the doorstep the next morning. She thought I had forgotten. She said the flowers were OK but I would not use this company again.

I bought the larger flowers and they were still very gappy, half of them were withered and not very fresh. The chocolates were tiny and the delivery way a lot later then I suggested.

The photos were very deceiving. The flowers I ordered looks like a large bunch yet it turned out to be an 1/8th of the bunch in the photo which turned up.

My mum received the flowers on Saturday 5.3.16, this was great in time for mothers day. I was really disappointed there is nowhere on your site that said the posy / bouquet was a DO IT YOURSELF! Arrangement. The picture looked very beautiful, thats why I chose it. The flowers were not arranged as a bunch, the butterfly picks were in a cellafane bag. Chocolate buttons whats that about? For mothers day chocolate. I will not be placing any more orders with Bunches.

I was very disappointed in the flowers that I purchased from you as a mother's day gift to my daughter. The quality of the flowers were poor, dried up and shrivelled looking. More foliage than flowers. Not at all like they looked on the internet. At a cost of £30 to me, I was expecting a better quality from bunches florapost ltd. The packaging was damaged and I had to have them redelivered to the local Premier store as I had been advised that they were not being delivered until later on in the day (Mother's Day). Unfortunately, I was not able to pay the extra £5 or £6 to have them guaranteed delivery by 1pm as I felt £30 was quite a lot of money to pay just for the flower and delivery.

I got flowers delivered to my mum for Mother's Day and when she received the flowers there was few flowers dead and also far few with no flower heads on them from breaking off. I also thought it would be a bigger bunch of flowers for what I paid for them. So I was not happy with this purchase at all !!!!

First of all I was guite disappointed with the amount of flowers in the bunch. Secondly both orders were not received until after 3 o'clock. My orders were placed on Thursday and paid extra for courier delivery on both orders. Thirdly I never received a text or email giving me a hour warning slot as promised. So overall I was very disapointed.

Arrived at 8pm at night !! So my daughter was upset that I had received nothing during the day of Mothers Day . Flowers were poor, very very tiny balloon and card of poor quality. I would not use Bunches again . When we called we were not supported at all. Very poor customer services.

Bouquet received was disappointing, the pictures shown must be the higher priced selection as the one my mum received was tiny in comparison, Wish i had gone to the florist now & picked my own.

My mum's flowers arrived on mother's day, but she said they looked 'battered around' and not in good condition, very disappointed as I don't live close enough to have visited last weekend, dampened the spirit of a surprise present :(

I was very disappointed with Bunches this time. I ordered flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day to be delivered on Saturday 5th March. They were delivered on Thursday 3rd March!! not really what I wanted for my Mum. I will think twice about ordering from Bunches again.

Ordered two bunches for mothers day one delivered to the wrong house the other not the xl bouquet I paid for just a normal size On contacting them there was no attempt to rectify just passing the buck to the delivery company and asking for a photo of the flowers ...oh I will just drive all the way to my mothers to photo them shall I!! Won't be using or recommending again

I received an email 2 days before delivery for Mothers' Day stating that I would receive another one on the morning of the delivery date providing me with a 1 hour delivery time slot. This did not arrive! After emailing both the delivery company, and Bunches, I received no replies from either of them and had to wait in all day until my delivery arrived. This was at 4.13pm!! Also, slightly disappointed with the size of the bouquet. I eventually received an email at approx. 11am from Bunches the next day and after advising them of the above, they just told me that they would pass my comments over to the delivery company! Not a sufficient response in my opinion. My daughter had paid for these as a Mothers' Day gift and I felt her money could have been better spent elsewhere.

The flowers that arrived were very dry and not good quality. There was not enough moist in the stems. I was very disappointed. Not like the picture.
