Unfortunately the flowers arrived a day late, they were for my elderly mother who lives hours away and they were for her birthday. She liked the flowers but because they were delivered late I can't give a good review.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for my wife's birthday on next day delivery. Arrived well within the allocated time, however the plant food mixture which came in the box had split open and drenched everything, making the flowers, candle and chocolates sticky. This definitely ruined the gift somewhat and I was very unhappy which is why the rating has been affected. I like the company but was unhappy with the quality of product.

I was actually quite disappointed when I saw them they weren't at all like the picture they just looked like a £5 bunch of carnations you'd pick up from the supermarket. I didn't actually see the flowers when they arrived but saw the contents in a vase and there was nothing in quantity like the picture. I'd rather that the small cake and bag of chocolate buttons (?? a bag of buttons for a 76 year old lady) be replaced with the flowers that are actually shown in the picture.It's the first time I've used this company I don't think I will use them again

Normally get good service from bunches and lovely flowers however the flowers my mother in law received were very poor and some were damaged or dead

While the delivery was fast and accurate, the quality of the flowers was not. I think these flowers are extremely overpriced and I was very disappointed when they arrived. I bought them to surprise my mum on Mother's Day but felt embarrassed when they came as there weren't many flowers in the bouquet, along with the quality of them being very poor. The package I bought also said the flowers came with a small box of chocolates, however what did arrive was a tiny bag of chocolates that was shameful to be titled as getting 'a free box of chocolates with my purchase'. I will not be ordering flowers from this company again.

Received the flowers on the correct day so was pleased about this. Having spoken to the friend who's 70 th birthday I sent them for I was disappointed when she told me that although the flowers were lovely ,the chocolates arrived in a sticky box & were white speckled thus leading me to believe either they were old or had been stored in a damp place. To add insult to injury ,the cake was stale & inedible. Very disappointed to say the least . Let's not forget this was a 70 th birthday we bought them for . When the shop opens up after the weekend I will be speaking to them.. This company was recommended to us by a friend who uses them often ,so I'm thinking maybe this is just a QC failure. Let's hope so ,but only ever get one 70th birthday.????????????????????

Website and ordering where good Delivery was slowish But worst of all the size of the bouquet was ridicules, not worth the money at all! Sorry.

Unfortunately you fell short of your normal high standards and my Mum was disapointed with her Mothers day flowers. Three heads had fallen off the Gerbera, there was no wet wrap and no flower food. I have used Bunches many times and the recipients have in the past always been delighted, I must admit I'm very disapointed on this ocassion.

When I saw the flowers that had been delivered to my friend I was very disappointed. The picture showed a lovely bunch of flowers but the reality was about half the amount of stems to what I had expected, and not the colours shown either. Very disappointed. Won't be using them again.

I ordered a large bunch of Fragrant Freesias for my mum for Mother's Day, only to find that they were not fragrant at all. Very disappointed.

After some consideration looking at the beautiful flowers on the website I chose to order something different for my mum for Mother's Day and picked the freesias and iris bouquet. I hoped that the fact they were in bud would mean they would last a lot longer. When mum showed me a photo I was really disappointed but she assured me in days they would look much better once opened. This however wasn't the case, those buds that did bloom died very quickly and the rest didn't bloom at all. very disappointed with bunches who are usually very good and have contacted them in the hope they rectify this .

I selected a delivery date of Saturday 5th March as I knew my mum would be in then to receive the flowers. Even though I selected a delivery date the flowers arrived a day early so my expectations were not met here.

Have got 2 bunches before from you guys, but these ones were below your standard. I got them posted for mothers day, they arrived on the Saturday before, very closed, but we expected them to open and be beautiful, like the picture. Unfortunately it is now only 4 days later and some haven't opened at all and seem to be dying in their bud, and the one that have seem to be dying already and theyre only just out! Dissappointed.

Delivery was asked for Fri, sat but you delivered Thursday. Flowers were left on the porch outside in the sun as no one was in at time. I saw the flowers on Sunday when I visited my mother and did not think they were worth the money I paid.

Was not delived on time- i specifically asked for a pre noon delivery and it was not delivered in time. This was for mothers day- i was very disappointed and will not be using bunches again.
