“Delivery was fine but Presentation was not great. Didn't have the nice surprise that a fully bloomed bouquet from inter flora would give. Most importantly for the price, a plastic vase should have been thrown in”

“I feel missold as the bunch that arrived was small and the buds of the flowers were already open.. the delivery didn't seem special and I was disappointed with them therefore had to replace them quickly...”

“Looked at the wep site thought they look nice new when they would be delivered the flowers would not look like the picture . but did hope there would be some colour not just flat green stems in a 20 inch box”

“Flowers left outside building when asked to. Ring any of the 30 plus flats not heard back from you about it and thay looked nothing like wot thay display”

“I've used Bunches on many occasions and never been disappointed however the Mother's Day flowers were a far cry from the image displayed online. I could have popped in to tesco and purchased a fuller bouquet. Delivering the flowers in a box when they were quite obviously a gift does take the wow factor away also. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I wouldn't recommend.”

“Delivery was good however the bouquet was very disappointing. Looked nothing like the picture online even when the flowers opened. Delivered in a box without water. Not worth the money. Next Mother's Day I'll go elsewhere!”

“Nice flowers (thankfully) when they finally arrived in the post. I paid £5 or more for courier service to specifically deliver them on a Sunday and they got there the following Tuesday. What a waste of money really.”

“Did not receive 1 hour time slot on Mothers day resulting in having to wait in all day for delivery and plans were spoilt. Couldn't log on on Mothers day to check delivery. Contacted customer service on Monday 7th and told it was not Bunches fault that I didn't get a delivery slot and I was welcome to contact the delivery Company. I didn't place my order with the delivery company so don't expect to be told to contact them with my dissatisfaction. Asked for compensation for lack of communication and told that none would be offered. Not a good experience”
