Ordered flowers on 29th specifying 2nd for delivery on their birthday - were sent next day arriving on 31st spoiling surprise which was disappointing.

Looking into your order I can see the Royal Mail First Class Post service has been the chosen delivery this can take 1-2 days, this is highlighted on the calendar when you place your order and throughout your order confirmation. I ordered a bouquet of Damson Delight for my wife for our anniversary, I was really disappointed with them first there was one sort ,three storks with no flowers on,two died within two days and we`ve had them 9 days and they have just about had it now. I have ordered from you many times and this has been the worse we`ve had. Very disappointed

Unfortunately my friend was out when royal mail tried to deliver, They didn't post the we tried to deliver card through here door until Monday (when she was in). She has been ill and is having to attend hospital for appointments so has had to rearrange delivery for Friday. Not Bunches fault but if Royal Mail had posted card through her door on Saturday she could have arranged delivery for Monday. The flowers will probably be dead by the time she gets them. I am so disappointed that something that was meant to cheer her up has only caused her aggravation.

Flowers arrived on Friday and Died by Monday! I am very disappointed as i use bunches regularly and don't expect over £20 of flowers to die in 4 days. Won't be so quick to repurchase next time

What a disappointing experience I have had this time! The flowers were delivered but no one was in - so a card was put in the post box but unfortunately it wasn't checked till today - the flowers were put in the Green dust bin so were found today!! Unfortunately some one had just lifted the lid and put some recycling rubbish in it on top of the flowers Why anyone would put flowers in a dirty horrible green recycling bin is beyond me and of course they are ruined. I would struggle to retrieve them in the bottom of a bin! So I am very disappointed that flowers that cost a lot of money for a lovely new born baby occasion were delivered in such an appalling way!

I ordered the flowers on Wednesday 27/07/16 and they have not arrived as yet - 01/08/16. Rather little disappointing.

I have been ordering from bunches for a while, the last ones were the worst ever. Flower heads missing and stems broken. Not due to delivery, as box intact, but must have been done on packing. Not like the picture on the website this time.

I have purchased several bouquets from Bunches and been delighted at the response from the recipients. Last week I sent my daughter and son-in-law a bouquet to celebrate their wedding anniversary. With living so far away from Kent, and can't deliver gifts in person, it is important to me that professional companies deliver the item of my choice. I chose a reasonably priced bouquet which looked stunning on the marketing photo. My daughter received it on the 28th July. The flowers were in full bloom, usually they are sent in bud, and the gypsophilia was passed its best, having a dry texture. She sent me a photo, and to say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. The overall quality of the blooms was very poor, and after only a few days have started to deteriorate. The flowers I received were in a poor condition, three or four stems had snapped and one had no bloom on it to start with. They were also squashed and some of them never came out yet.

Having used your service many times was disappointed on this occasion. Flowers were good quality but the flowers and the box containing them was absolutely infested with live Crickets ...horrific!

I was under the impression that the flowers would be delivered on the requested day, to my disgust the flowers were left a day earlier and left outside as there was no one at home until the 28th of july hence my request for the selected date of delivery. When I rang to complain i was informed that it is only telephone orders that would have been dispatched for the 28th of july. I was very disappointed with your member of staff who took my call. I have previously had flowers delivered by yourselves but will no longer continue to do so

The last purchase was for my mothers 70th birthday, however when they arrived you could clearly see that the flowers were starting to droop and shed. disappointing

There is no confirmation whether my bouquet has reached my guest or not. Even after my repeated follow up there is no confirmation on the delivery.

I have just returned from visiting my Aunt to whom I sent flowers to via yourselves and sad to say that they only lasted a couple of days unlike the order I had last year which lasted over a week.

I was jot expecting the bunch to be so small if I'm to be honest it looked like they had come from the supermarket for about £2.99 very disappointed as these were for a special reason

had these flowers a few days now half of them are dead already, box was damaged in delivery, and I ordered the biggest size you do, but it no way was the bouquet a bouquet, just a handful of flowers. not impressed. would not reccomend
