“The bunch I received looked nothing like the picture and what I expected. I could've bought them for no more than £5 in a local supermarket. In fact I was embarrassed when my partner received them and I showed her the picture they were meant to look like so she didn't think I had put little thought into them!”

“Absolutely beautiful bouquet of flowers that arrived very quickly. My wife was thrilled with them but disappointingly the roses only lived for 2 days despite using the flower food provided.”

“The flowers died after 3 days and were very poor quality. I have ordered flowers online for people many times before and these were by far the worst. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered some flowers on Sunday with a chosen delivery date of 31st August anytime up to 6pm. They didn't arrive on that day or indeed the next day and finally arrived on Friday 2nd at 12 pm. I have no problem with the length of time if I had known that as I had to ask the recipient if they had arrived which was embarrassing for her. I have used Bunches loads of times and have always been very happy with the service so will still continue to use your company but thought this was rather disappointing. Kind Regards Viv Yandell”

“I bought a £32 bouquet of flowers for my parents 30th wedding anniversary which was on the 24th August and the flowers didnt even last a week! They had already wilted by 28th August. They were a complete waste of money so I wont be ordering from Bunches again.”

“I have checked with the recipient of my flowers and the comment from them was 'the flowers did not seem to be very fresh, been packed up for a while. Packaging was good.' I have also seen the card which I paid extra for and was surprised how small it was.”

“I received the Sweet Summer Roses as a birthday surprise. Beautiful when I got them, but already they are dead. I was advised by Live chat that they only last 3-7 days, how disappointed I am. Tesco roses received on the same day are still like new. I am a long time user of Bunches but will not recommend them now.”

“When checking out,was asked for delivery instructions.Clearly put if not in leave by front door....this didnt happen was sent to a local depo,which had them in very hot conditions the plant was half dead chocolates were like spread! Not a good look for someones birthday!”
