This bunch was no where as good as other flowers I have had from you. Could of got a bigger bunch else where for a lot less money

Sent some Fuschias for a good friend who has had a very big operation Went to see her today flowers were on the side in a vase I thought they were very poor although Mrs Jeanette Bolt was pleased to receive them I thought they were very straggly not up to your standards

My recent purchase delivered to Oakham was apparently left outside the front door - this is not acceptable - why was it not left with a Neighbour? I have sent many flowers through you since joining Bunches and been very satisfied - so i am really upset about this particular delivery.

Person has received flowers that I ordered however quality and how they looked like.... Really poor.... Additional money for extra delivery and they were left with Porter when we were at home...

I ordered flowers for a friends first day at work Monday 1st August. The order shows a delivery date of the 1st but says please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. I was therefore disappointed when she messaged me to say they had been delivered on Saturday 30th July and the package left in the office over the weekend. If I had thought they would be delivered before she even worked there I would not have ordered from this company and used a high street florist instead. I only used yourselves because I had been sent flowers from yourselves by my daughter and was really pleased with them. Nice flowers but not good if you want them on a specific date.

When I went to visit my Mother and saw the flowers , I have to say I was little disappointed, the sunflowers were big and lovely, it was more to do with the way it was put together. Sorry!

Not as shown in illustration - far less blooms, the ones that were sent died quite quickly, really disappointed.

The majority of flowers lasted less than one week & the following customer service was very disappointing. No refund is offered unless you return the 'goods' i.e. dead flowers?

My Aunt loved the Birthday hamper and said it had lots of lovely things in it however it was a day late due to delivery notes not taken notice of ie elderly may take time to answer door. She's 87!

The chocolates did NOT arrive with the order. Also my mum commented that her flowers arrived in a box with no water and no idea how long they had been out of water for. Most disappointed with the chocolates not arriving though!

My order to you was the 'Picasso' display for my wife's birthday. To me it seemed very original the most attractive. Delivery was excellent (afternoon before the birthday) and the flowers appeared in good condition when delivered. My wife was very impressed and immediately put them into a suitable large glass vase, following the supplied instructions, paying particularly importance to cutting off the stems correctly. The flowers looked excellent in the vase. Unfortunately it wasn't long before they didn't look so good. We weren't familiar with some of the names but the flowers began to look sick as follows: Avalanche Roses lasted two full days after delivery, Cala Lilies four days, Lavender Lisianthus (?) four days. The Carnations are still OK as are the Chrysanthemums. The deep red leaves are still fine but the others soon shrivelled up. All in all, we were very disappointed the fine display didn't last for long.

Delivery timing of delivery was spot on. However, when I received a photo of the flowers I was extremely disappointed. The colour pallet was correct but how the bouquet was put together looked nothing like those on the web site, not at all compact. ALSO this Web site made typing this comment very difficult. Would use Bunches again if I could be sure my order looked somewhat like the website example. Wish I could include pic of flowers received.

Delivery OK. Flowers OK. Looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the website - just the same selection of flowers. Disappointed just to receive basically a bunch of flowers that need arranging DIY - far too expensive for what you get. Would be much cheaper just to buy a bunch from a shop.

i ordered an extra large bouquet and was very dissapointed in the amount of flowers supplied, if that was the XL version i dread to think what would have arrived as a standard bouquet.

As a regular customer of yours I am very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. It was ordered for the 2nd August but (as advised as a possibility) arrived on the first. Within a day the roses began to droop and die, followed closely by the stocks and the sunflowers. It will today, sadly, be consigned to the compost bin. The bouquet was received by me at the door and immediately placed in water. As it was delivered on a Monday morning I can only assume that it may have been assembled prior to the weekend and then neglected. A bunch of sunflowers bought from a local supermarket for a few pounds is still looking as healthy as on the day of purchase. Regards David Cater
