“The flowers delivered by Bunches are of good quality. For me the negative side is that they always arrive to early, eg this time I wanted the flowers to be sent for Mother's Day and Saturday was my preferred date of delivery but they were delivered on Thursday which I think was too early.”

“The flowered that arrived were a beautiful combination of types and colours and looked great in a vase. However, they looked dull in the cardboard box they arrived in (three ordinary bunches similar to cheap supermarket flowers). I’d recommend that if a large bunch is ordered then that’s what’s delivered - rather than 3 small bunches. The other issue was that beautiful as they were they didn’t last very long. Only 3 days.”

“Booked for delivery on the Saturday before Mother’s Day & they weren’t delivered till the Monday. UPDATE Since writing this Bunches contacted me & as the flowers didn’t last 7 days have sent a replacement bunch. I was not expecting any reply to my review above but am really impressed by the follow up. Perhaps it was a very rare mistake”

“Ordered flowers for mother’s day but they weren’t hugely reflective of the picture. When my mum sent me a photo I was a little disappointed at how they looked.”

“Unusually difficult to place order this time. Unable to collect posy points when ordering plant. Fairly frequent recipient disappointed no chocs with delivery. Plant received was lovely. Fresh and uplifting.”

“Flowers. Not up to usual high standard. Were in need of a good drink. Flowers received in limp condition how ever did perk up after having a good drink. But they did not last any where near as long as normal.”

“It didn't, my mother was at the back of the house and Royal Mail didn't knock or ring the doorbell, she had to go to the depot to collect the flowers, not very happy”

“The flowers arrived on time, however, they did not look as magnificent as the picture on the website. I was disappointed on their appearance as it was a small bunch of flowers and I saw more fuller prettier bunches in the supermarket for less price.”

“It was disappointing that Bunches seems to have rebranded, and not for the better. There were no chocolates and for some reason the large posy we ordered was delivered as three plain bunches which the recipient described as strange. I have always found Bunches good value in the past, but am not so sure now...I might look at alternatives for next time.”
