“The flowers were not as described in as much as the freesias were partly in flower and those that were in bud didn't open and the irises were thrown out after 4 days. The cost would have been fair if the flowers had been as advertised. Delivery asked for a specific date i.e 21st March, our wedding anniversary, the flowers arrived a day early when we were out so were left with a neighbour. I was not impressed, Bunches should dispense with the British postal service and use couriers. I will use local florists in future. Peter Bauer. 1, Crosbys, SN83TL 01672811274”

“I’ve used Bunches several times in the past and after recently using them again, think I’ll stick with Tesco’s flowers! Cheaper and better quality.”

“First time I have used this company to send mothers day flowers. The bouquet I ordered arrived on time. Half the flowers had yet to bloom and those that had my mum said were lovely. ..Unfortunately the rest of the flowers never did bloom so overall I find this quite disappointing and may choose a different supplier next year.”

“I was not happy with my delivery. I wasn’t aware the flowers would not be in water, so they were very wintered and had to throw away some of the flowers!”

“My Aunt received the flowers in good time BUT had NO IDEA who had sent them as Bunches failed to enclose the card and message from me !!!”

“I placed two orders. The first I asked to be delivered on the Monday after mothers day. It was for a birthday. It was delivered on the saturday . I wasn't happy. The second order was for the Tuesday, that was delivered on the Monday. I did phone after the first delivery but was told that unless I paid for courier delivery I wouldn't get it delivered on the day of choice. I shall stick with m&s, and yes, I was disappointed.”

“I have used Bunches for a couple of years now and have always been happy with their products and service. However I was disappointed with the size of the bouquets this mothers day, I paid a similar amount to previous years but both were considerably smaller”
