“Bunches didn’t make me happy - I was given the option of having flowers delivered on Saturday, 10th March for Mother’s Day but once my money was taken I received a standard email telling me ‘We normally despatch two working days prior to requested date. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery date.’ Not what I expected and the flowers were delivered on Thursday, 8th.”

“Ive used bunches for many years and i thought this year for my mum in law i would order her mother's day card aswel. So my husband choose the words and we ordered it with her flowers. Noe obviously with us ordering online she lives far away so didnt see it personally but going by her reaction the card wasnt a proper greetings card it was just printed on a peace of pink card so very disappointed and quite upset. “The online ordering was straight forward and user friendly. Delivery was as promised. However, when I saw a picture of the bouquet that was delivered I was extremely unhappy with how it looked. It was nothing like the online picture, I was disappointed with the number of flowers that made up the bouquet. In fact I felt a little embarressed speaking to my mum-in-law who the bouquet was sent to for Mothers Day.”

“The delivery was spot on but the ‘bunch’ did not look like the picture. I paid for large for my mum for mother’s day but what I received was much smaller than what you’d expect from a super market. I wanted my mum to feel special with a huge bunch of flowers as was displayed in the picture but that wasn’t possible. False advertising.”

“Got my mum a flower bouquet for mother’s day. Although the flowers were very pretty I had paid for the biggest bouquet and when they arrived I was feeling a little underwhelmed. They just seemed like a standard size. She enjoyed them though so I guess that’s all that matters!!”
