“Flowers did not arrive on time causing great disappointment as it was a birthday gift”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your gift didn't arrive on your preferred delivery date. Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 93% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. “I was not happy with the way the flowers turned out. Looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed and there was no vase sent with.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. We do explain on our website that vases are not included with the flowers and are for display purposes only. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this has caused. “Disappointed with the quality of the blooms. The Iris's died completely two days after receipt. Generally poor condition. Previous orders have been good but very disatified with this order to a very good friend for a special birthday.”

“Flowers arrived a day late and were in poor condition, over half had to be thrown away after 3 days! Bunches used to be the best, but recently has been very disappointing. We won’t be using them again.”

“My order arrived late for a birthday and the box was also damaged. In addition, the bouquet was nothing like the picture on the website and the flowers were dead after about 4 days despite being watered, fed and cared for correctly. But the £10 bunch from the supermarket that has been kept in the same environment and treated the same are still blooming and quite frankly make the bunches.co.uk product look an absolute disgrace! I will not be buying from this website again and certainly not recommending it, complete rip off!”

“Very dissatisfied with flowers for a,birthday not at all like the picture on website- all foliage and three roses!!! When I complained was fobbed off with comment that it took two days for flowers to come out??? despite me sending pic of flowers I was supposed to get bearing no resemblance to mine! Not buy again from them or recommend!!”

“Out of two orders of carnations for family, 3 arrived dead in each bouquet, some never opened and the delivery was a day later than predicted date. Very disappointing and not the usual as I have used the service many times and not had this experience.”

“I have always been extremely please with my purchases prior to this one. The flowers, the display the service and the on line order is so straight forward. I will never know of my last purchase. As pointed out it is the trying time we are going through.”

“Arrived for a birthday 2 days late and my sister had to throw out half the bunch, including a whole sunflower. First time buyer and pretty disappointed, though understand post isn't great during pandemic. Will probably try M&S next time.”

“Ordered for partners 40th birthday ... Late delivery under the present circumstances would be understandable ...but this order just didn't arrive!! ... The blame was placed with me choosing Royal Mail delivery ... "Replacement" flowers offered ..but declined ...the moment has long passed ...Had a similar problem with this company last year when an order was cancelled then restated and delivered two days late ...the blame then was with DPD apparently ...it's a shame ..I have used Bunches many times without issue ...but the quality of service has declined .... When I order flowers, reliability of timed delivery is key ... without that guarantee of reliability I'm afraid I'm no longer ordering from Bunches”

“I’m afraid I was sorely disappointed. I have used Bunches before and had some lovely flowers. This time they arrived in poor condition and as they were for my late mother’s grave for the first birthday since her death I was very upset. There’s no way the quantity let alone the quality was worth fifty pounds. I shan’t be using them again.”

“The Iris & Freesia bouquet I chose for my daughter was a disaster,nothing like the flowers I thought I'd bought. Less than a week old they were dead, Complained on day of delivery and was eventually promised a replacement but nothing has been delivered,will never use bunches again,daylight robbery,”
