I have used bunches in the past and been very happy . This time how ever I was very disappointed the flowers turned up a day late . Very sparse and definitely not worth the money and the bouquet contained 3 roses the flowers arrived on Tuesday and the roses were dead by Thursday

when i ordered flowers off of this website , i was expecting nothing less than perfection for the money i was paying. when they arrived , the flowers were dieing and 3 of the roses didn’t even have the rose on them

Flowers didn't actually Bloom and are dying already yet the bouquet I bought from waitrose that arrived the same time are still lasting well.

I was appreciative to find an international flower service. I’m in the US, my girlfriend in the UK. I plugged the address of the flower and card delivery in their respective boxes and submitted. Got a message from an actual person the next day asking the address again. No worries- I was happy that they were checking. I even told the name again of the business. However, the flowers were delivered to the local post office and never made it to her office. I then requested that they get delivered on the following Friday, as she works remote most of the week. That was ignored, and they were delivered when she wasn’t in the office. She had to travel to town to get them, then the next day the card arrived at her office. Same story, another trip into town. I will say the flowers were beautiful, and quite affordable. The card was exactly like the picture. My suggestion would be to have a safety net to adjust to mishaps with deliveries. This just seemed like a drop and go with no follow through by the courier. I may be willing to try them again in the future.

This is my second purchase; the first l was so impressed l chose to use them again. Second time I was extremely disappointed. The flowers received looked nothing like the picture showed. l was also disappointed as this was for a special occasion to my daughter which did not have the desire impact from her either.

Purchased flowers with a bottle of prosecco for Valentines Day and only the flowers arrived. Emailed Bunches and still no prosseco despite being told it would be sent out. Not using Bunches again!

Roses were in bud when they arrived, So for Valentine’s Day it was a bit anti-climatic when the bouquet looked so small on arrival. I would say 3 out of the dozen roses actually bloomed fully so I was very disappointed and quite frankly I’m lucky my girlfriend stuck around after that

The amount of flowers were not as many as we’re shown in the order photo. I was disappointed. After only 5 days the iris had started to turn brown . Very dissatisfied.

For the first time I was disappointed. The delivered flowers did not look like the image online. Much smaller and also poor quality. All previous orders have been terrific so maybe this bunch of valentines day flowers just got caught up in the v day hype. Not an impressed wife sadly.

Delivered on time but a bit disappointed. It's around 30 pounds for 12 roses which is fine for the price, but one arrived Snapped in two (clean cut, implying someone has accidentally chopped this).

Not many Flowers in the order. I went to Morrisons the same day and I could have bought a bunch of red roses for half the price. Delivery was a day late and the flowers showed signs of wilting on arrival.

flowers arrived in good condition ,have bloomed nicely my only gripe is the size of the bunch for the money paid is small, glad i had a discount as paying full price would of incurred a 1 star

Usually very happy with the flowers sent. However these most recent ones for Valentines Day have been quite poor. They have not lasted long at all. Sadened by that and will have to think again before ordering.

Purchased for a special birthday definitely not worth what I paid. Paid extra for butterflies to be added, these weren’t added. Will be using another company in future.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand-tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Service and price point was great, but the actual flowers looked very cheap and sparse compared to the photos of what I ordered
