Beautiful flowers and presentation when they arrived.... But only lasted 2 days max - Flowers have lasted longer from a supermarket.

I've ordered several bouquets from here and I've always been delighted with them. However, I can't say the same about the flowers I ordered recently. I'm so disappointed by the actual size of the bouquet that arrived to my sister - I even ordered the large size so I'd hate to see the size of the normal one! I will seriously consider whether to use you again as I could have got a better, bigger bunch of flowers from the local supermarket at a fraction of the price!

Thank you for your feedback Caron, We do send all of our flowers out in tight bud so they do look slightly smaller on arrival, this is to ensure maximum vase life on arrival. Once these have been in water for 24 hours they will open beautifully like our illustration on line. I requested a Friday delivery but they arrived a day early fortunately they were taken in by a neighbour. The flowers were very average, my sister in law didn't say anything but I could have purchased better and much much cheaper from Asda.

Thank you for your comments Susan. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the delivery. I can see that you selected our Royal Mail First Class Post option, this delivery takes between 1-2 days, so to make sure no special occasions are missed we dispatch our flowers 2 days prior if possible and we advise customers to allow up to 2 days for delivery. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date with any future order, we have courier options available.

I was rather disappointed in the flowers which were not as nice as those pictured on the website. Also I found the website inflexible, when I chose a card it would not recognise the one I selected, I eventually gave in and hAd to accept the standard. I would not recommend this supplier

The quality of the flowers my daughter received was similar to those I could have picked up from a petrol station or supermarket. Nothing like the photograph on the website & I am hugely disappointed.

I especially requested the delivery person be patient when delivering to my elderly relative.She told me that she did not hear the doorbell and the bouquet was taken away.She had to get a taxi (as she is infirm) to collect her flowers.Such a pity it was spoiled for her like that.She said though that the bouquet was lovely.

This is Royal Mails standard practise, if there is no answer at the time of delivery a calling card will be left at the property to detail how the recipient can either collect the gift from the local depot or they can ring the telephone number provided and rearrange a more convenient time for delivery for them for free. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Small bunch of flowers that weren't at all like those advertised. As my mum said "you could have got those at the coop for £5" not the £32 I paid. Won't be using bunches again.

FLOWERS RECEIVED AS A GIFT TO FRIEND WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED RE AMOUNT OF ROSES AMONG THE OTHER WHITE FLOWERS. ORDER WAS FOR MONT BLANC (£27.99) and ORDERED ESPECIALLY BY ME. ONLY TWO ROSES I HAVE BEEN TOLD WERE IN THE HAND-TIED BOUQUET!! OTHER FLOWERS WERE VERY NICE IN THE BOUQUET. DISAPPOINTED ++

The Flowers were half dead when they arrived, arrived a day to early ,and the chocolates were a very small packet ,very very disappointed .

I was a little disapointed by the flowers that arrived for my mums birthday... compared to the photograph on the website ... I do understand that the flowers arrived closed .. To last longer ..my mum really likes freesias ....but looking at he picture sent to me by my sister it seemed like a cheap supermarket bunch rather than a birthday bouquet ... Wish I'd used m&s ...

I bought the flowers for someone who was celebrating their 60th. Although the delivery time was very good I was a little disappointed with the condition of the flowers, they where wilted and looked in poor condition.

Birthday flowers and gift were sent to recipient early. Delivery date was asked for wednesday but flowers were sent out on monday to royal post, which naturally delivered it next day, as in over 95% of deliveries. Should have been sent out on tuesday so as to be received on requested day of wednesday. I believe no one bothered to look, but blindly followed first in-first out procedure. My booking early was stymied and worked against my intent to give plenty of notice, I could have easily booked on monday for next day post, and received by wednesday.

Very disappointed. Flowers delivered were not as described. Did not order flowers that were all carnations. They should have had freesias and gipsophelia in the arrangement. Flowers were for my sister's 80th Birthday, so should have been a surprise. I received a card today just saying thank you for the carnations. She clearly was not impressed either!

I was impressed by the picture when I bought these flowers. It was stated that it was standard size. I have ordered the extra large size. When it arrived I was very disappointed by the size as well as overall appearance of the flowers. After that, I phoned them, and they have said that the flowers need a couple of days to bloom. A couple of days have passed now, and although the flowers look better, they still do not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the rating has to be poor.

According to the recipient of the flowers I ordered, the flowers did not appear very fresh upon delivery. It took 24 hours for the flowers to revive.

Thank you for your comments Gillian, I am very sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the gift sent out from us here at bunches. As explained in the chain of emails, we did send out the correct, complete gift that was ordered by yourself in the order process. A confirmation email is sent out just in case any errors are made so we can amend these for you before the gift is sent out to the recipient. Apologies again for any disappointment.

flowers were nothing like the photo in terms of quantity or quality. Very disappointed with the product and the fact they were for a elderly relative for her birthday, made me feel very sad when I saw them. I will not use this service again. On the plus side they were delivered in line with expectation.

Not happy as for my cousin who has been in hospital and also her husband is very ill, she has not said anything but she sent me a photo and they were nothing like the picture online, the lillies looked dead. I don't normally complain about anything but I was disappointed as I am now in Spain and unable to visit as her husband canott have visitors because of infection to an open wound from having a kidney removed, sorry about going on. thankyou, Margaret Garbett
