Great flowers but disappointed we didn't get the usual chocolates

Thank you for your comments Lesley. We are delighted to hear how happy you are with the flowers received from us. With our Elegance range that you had ordered from unfortunately the free Chocolates are not included in these gifts due to this being our bespoke range. They are only sent along with the Bunches range of flowers. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment or upset caused.

very disappointed with flowers. looked nothing like the picture on screen. Pretty but disappointingly small.

We do send all of our flowers out in tight bud so they do look slightly smaller on arrival, this is to ensure maximum vase life on arrival. Once these have been in water for 24 hours they will open beautifully like our illustration on line. For how much you pay the flowers were a tiny amount and looked drained of life and choc pouch was tiniest thing ever I was expecting a box and balloon was tiny too :-(

Once these have been in water for 24 hours they will open beautifully like our illustration on line. The chocolates are also a free gift and you can opt out to not have them included in your bouquet if you wish. my only order my girlfriend tells me never arrived so i demand a full refund email me asap im disgusted

Having looked into your order it appears we dispatched the flowers on time to the address you provided, however they had been refused as the recipient is not known at this address. I thought the bouquet sent was very disappointing in conjunction of the other bouquets that my friend received on the day.

Unfortunately my recent order, 6759653 was not up to Bunches standard, They were for anniversary but looked nothing like the photo and have lasted only a few days, I have used Bunches a number of times and up to now have always been satisfied, R.F.K.

Used bunches for my Moms birthday, flowers were awful did not look like the picture 12 flowers for £20.00, sent an email with a photo attached of the flowers and nothing back, do not come i n bud as stated these flowers were on there last legs on the second day.won't be using again.

The flowers received were nothing like the ones ordered. It is very disappointing. I am trying to find on the website who I can contact to complain. Not that anything can be done now!

Thought I would give this company a try. Very disappointed with service. Ordered birthday flowers to be delivered Sat 25 July so expected latest delivery to be 27th but birthday flowers didn't arrive until Friday 31st (nearly a week after birthday). Order was placed on 15th July. I usually use other retailers and will probably go back to them. Sorry for this poor review but I am disappointed customer

I bought some flowers for my wife for our anniversary, and was very disappointed with them, they did not look like the picture at all, the alstroemeria never opened at all which was very disappointing for my wife as these are her favourites. Very Disappointed D. Hookway

Flowers were faded and old and had to be collected from Post Office even though I had given written instructions of where to leave them. Recipient was coming home from hospital so not able to take delivery in person.

I am sincerely sorry to hear this has happened, after looking into your order further I can see that your gift was dispatched on the date requested for delivery via the Royal Mail first class post service. If your recipient was not at home at the time of delivery a calling card would have been posted through the door to let them know how the parcel can be redelivered at a more convenient time or collected from the local depot. The Postman would have carried out the delivery instructions, if they felt it safe to leave them. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment this has caused.

Spent a lot of money on flowers that I could have got for £5 at Sainsbury's. I had such high hopes and was bitterly disappointed. Sorry.

I ordered flowers and cake for my friend's 50th birthday. It was a surprise and she was out when it was delivered. Instead of leaving it with a neighbour or telephoning me (I had provided my mobile number) the delivery driver took it to the post office. She was unable to collect it until the office opened on Monday and the flowers were dry and wilted. It ruined the surprise because I had to tell her about them on the Sunday when I rang to wish her Happy Birthday.

Thank your for your comments. After looking into your order further I can see that your gift was dispatched on the date requested for delivery via the Royal Mail first class post service. If your recipient was not at home at the time of delivery a calling card would have been posted through the door to let them know how the parcel can be redelivered or collected, as there was no delivery instructions to be left with a neighbour. I was dissapointed at the size of the XL bouquet, the flowers were sparse and not well arranged. Dont know what the normal size would have been like. not impressed

The flowers I ordered didn't seen to be the value of what I'd bought, the flowers were fresh but not as many as we expected. Also, we asked for them to be delivered on a certain date but they were delivered a day early, we didn't get told that there wasn't weekend delivery ie Saturday

Thank you for your review, We send our flowers with royal mail which takes 1-2 working days to deliver. So we can not guarantee any of those specific dates. we ask a preferred delivery date then we send out 2 working days prior this date, so that a special occasion is not missed. So in your case we dispatched on the 16th for 17th or 18th delivery. i am very sorry to hear that you wasn't happy with the quality of the flowers, would it be possible to get in touch with us on 0800 626 249 or at flowers@bunches.co.uk so that I am able to look into this further for you.
