“I ordered the flowers to cheer my friend up, her favourite colour being purple. However, I was disappointed they they were not as bright nor as large a flower as the picture on line. In fact I felt that if I hadn't paid extra for 3 butterflies, the bunch of flowers would have looked small and very insignificant.”

“Unfortunately the person I sent them to never received them due to Royal Mail never ringing the Ring doorbell. Or Following the delivery alternative message or re delivering the following day as stated on the card they posted through the door. So I can’t review the bouquet.”

“Ordered floors for my Mother in Law for her Birthday and they arrived 2 days late. Very disappointed and they were post box delivery and they were left at the door. Disappointed with the service.”

“Sent the florists choice, luxe size, £39. When recipient sent a pic saying thankyou I didn't think they looked very impressive so was a little disappointed, the service was swift and easy to access”

“I should have probably sent a direct email. Ordered a hand tied bouquet thinking my mum wouldn't need to arrange the flowers herself but my mum told me it wasn't hand tied. Disappointed this time. Otherwise happy with Bunches.”

“Delivery was great, on time. The flowers where letterbox but still wrapped nicely. But very few flowers, I was disappointed in the amount of flowers for price. They have lasted well and two weeks later still ok.”

“Flowers were apparently lovely and lasted ages which was nice , but I was sent a photo and they were very underwhelming in comparison to the photo online. Unfortunately this wasn’t just as they hadn’t opened up as they photo was a few days later. Other than that , delivery was good and so was the card we ordered.”

“Have used Bunches for a long time. But this was the first time I got to see the gift I had sent. Sadly the roses were wilting. The Lilly’s were ok but too much cheap greenery. Happy with my purchase, but a lot of money for what it was.”
