“Although the website and delivery is very efficient and I absolutely love the add ins aswell, the appearence of the flowers did not match the picture and they did not last very long.”

“I've ordered flowers from Bunches several times ove the years. There's nearly always a problem eg: flowers deteriorated, arrived late, after the birthday. This year the postman didn't wait for an answer at the door though my recipient was in, then didn't leave with neighbours as requested but to be collected from the post office by my 90 years old aunt! So yet again my aunt's birthday flowers surprise was spoilt. So again my aunt's birthday flowers surprise was spoilt.”

“Flowers arrived a day later than advised. Although correct they were spoilt by the delay as they were already too open. Although my daughter, to whom they were sent, thanked me ( with a photo of the bunch) I was disappointed for her that they won’t last as long as I would like. Nowhere did it say that the order was on a 1-2 day delivery slot. It will probably be a long time before I use Bunches again. I will use other online flower sites instead”

We do explain that 97% of gifts arrive on the chosen day, however this is not a guarantee. “Having ordered from Bunches on several occasions I ordered the Honeybee arrangement for my Cousin as a gift. When we arrived at her home in Cornwall, she had displayed in a vase. The sunflowers were lovely, but the sweet william and matricaria were poor. Very disappointed and slightly embarrassed.”

“I have used these on different occasions and in the past they were always of good quality and lasted at least 1 week,but this time they arrived looking good with a lovely smell,but lasted before drooping,only 3 days,even with daily water changes, So sorry team,I have to be honest,and this time it was not a good experience,”

“Flowers were hand delivered today and the recipient says they are beautiful. So very glad about that. They were however delivered to the wrong house across the road and the neighbour took them to her. Thank you for the kind way in which you dealt with the problems”

“Usually, the flowers are very good and the packaging is OK, but the reason I score you only acceptable because your quality control was not good there were a number of broken stems which meant my wife was dissappointed and therefore so was I. Shame as the rest of the display was good”

“Have used several times and always been happy with the flowers and delivery, but this time they didn't arrive til after my sisters birthday even though I had ordered them well in advance. It was sad she didn't get them on time. I know delivery date isn't guaranteed but I had ordered them for the day before, so should have been on time.”

After looking into the order I can see that your gift was dispatched on a Friday therefore the delivery dates would have been Saturday or Monday as Royal Mail do not make deliveries on a Sunday i'm afraid. Our free delivery service is based on a -2 working day delivery with 97% of our gift arriving on the day of choice, however to guarantee a delivery date we do recommend the courier service option is selected. As we are a flowers by post company the delivery policy is if the recipient is not at home they are taken back to the depot for the recipient to collect or re-arrange a further delivery. “I ordered a hand tied bouquet and paid extra for a cake for my parents wedding anniversary. They were delighted with the flowers but were somewhat amused that the cake said ‘Happy Birthday’ and not Anniversary!! I am normally very happy with the service from Bunches but this time I am a little disappointed.”

“The flowers were, apparently lovely and very well packed. However the delivery instructions were ignored resulting in the package being left where it had not been found until I checked with the recipient that it had arrived. Also delivered a day later than requested.”
