The flower bunch was acceptable, just, but appeared rather puny. very regrettable - your product are normally fresh and impressive- but this time very disappointing , lived 4 days

Flowers were lovely but I paid for a balloon to be deliver to my daughter in law but this was not deliver!!

Thank you for your review. Our free delivery is not a traceable service, however we do offer a courier service that comes with tracking information, this service comes with an additional charge. Unfortunately my experience with bunches isn’t a good one. I ordered some flowers for my sick sister and they arrived 2 days late. Should of arrived on the Tuesday but arrived on the Thursday dry as a bone with 2 stems dead.

Ordered Flowers on a Friday with expected delivery by First class post for the Monday. ( As confirmed at checkout)Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive until the Wednesday, very disappointing. Customer service was responsive and I believe sent a complaint to Royal mail. Once the flowers arrived the recipient was extremely pleased with their beauty and bouquet content. Just be careful with confirmed date when ordering and actual delivery date.

Used to be really great until they changed the way they apply posey points, at that point the flowers stopped lasting as long! I am guessing they went through some sort of restructure and cost cutting! Simply average at best!

Chose standard delivery, it was delivered a day later than requested, and even then the postman left a card to collect from depot later. So it was 2 days late by the time the flowers were received and they’d spent overnight in the postal depot.

My sister could not collect easily from post office as in bed ill and when flowers eventually picked up were not at their best three days later.. normally very happy with the flowers sent in the past ..

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The flowers do need a few day to bloom to resemble our online image. Kind Regards - Bunches

Poor delivery service and when I complained when they failed to deliver on our chosen day (which was 3 days ahead) , I was told that had I paid extra I could specify a certain date which I thought was a very poor indeed as they promote free delivery ... watch out for the small print !

A lot smaller than I was expecting and the picture showed a Vase ,which on reviewing your web site after delivery still was not clear enough that the Vase was not included it needs to clearly state that the Vase is not included.I have order another bunch of flowers tonight but have used M&S.

Flower arrived on time and were a lovely surprise for my wife. Just a pity that the box they came in seemed a little small and with closing the box the flowers had been squashed and nipped. 4 or 5 of the bigger flowers were damaged on the petals, these were removed and flowers are looking fine.

Lovely flowers, but quite unreliable delivery. No one can actually tell me in the customer service when the flowers will be delivered. Generally the line is: once flowers left us it’s not our problem. Had I known that there could be an issue I’d pay the extra £6 for courier. Disappointing, this should be improved.

Only sad because I was paid extra £7.99 for delivery next day and it was delivered one day after I asked. The surprise it was later.

Rather disappointed that the flowers were not received until a day after my chosen date. I know it stated they were delivered by Royal Mail therefore delivery date could not be guaranteed, but not sure how a business which people order from for special occasions can survive in those circumstances. Think I will have to revert to my usual Interflora site as have never been let down by them.
