Lovely flowers but unfortunately they didn’t arrive on the date it was intended for. Ordered on a Tuesday for a Saturday delivery to a function, they didn’t arrive until Monday.

Would be better if you could actually track your order from the moment it gets dispatched to delivery

However I ordered well in advance for a special birthday and the flowers arrived a day late which was disappointing no point selecting delivery dates if they aren't going to be delivered for that selected time

I have lovely flowers for Bunches and not so good flowers. When they are good it is terrific but can be poor on occasions. I have used their service for many years Revd Elizabeth Knifton

The bouquet didn't look hand tied as illustrated if at all. A little disappointing although the recipient was pleased with them as she hadn't seen the illustration I had.

The service was alright, the flowers got delivered the day after I requested them, my daughter sent me a photo of them and I was dissapointed in them, there seemed to be more greenery than blooms.

The flowers looked great and the person I sent it to was happy but I found the bouquet to be really small compared to the picture on the websit. Not sure if I would order again for this reason.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were not happy with the size of the bouquet. Our bouquets are displayed online alongside a full description of what is included. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. Once the buds start to open this will make a significant difference to the arrangement. Whilst 15 carnations were delivered so many in bud it wasn’t a pretty display, the accompanying flowers were very sparse in fact there was only one, far less than in your promotional picture. They were not delivered on the date I requested although I was aware there may be a delay,I was in the 5% it happened to. Quite disappointed.

I have been a customer for about 10years & always been pleased with the service. However last week I ordered flowers for a friend & didn’t know she had gone away for a week. The courier left the flowers in the porch & it wasn’t until the neighbor spotted them that they were found. You have my phone no. & I was disappointed you didn’t phone me & I could have probably done something about it.

The flowers were really nice but had already begun to brown in places. I was not impressed, however with the courier driver who decided it was acceptable to throw the flowers over our 8 feet gate.

Yes but A I requested that the flowers be a late delivery, after 4 and they were delivered at 10.30am when I knew there would be nobody in. And B The recipient was then away down south for couple of days before these could be collected. Delivery companies at least try hand them to neighbour or put them in a safe place, this was my point means if person not in to receive flowers they are taken the P.O depot and could sit there for couple of days before able to pick them up

Thank you for your review. The service we use for our free delivery is Royal Mail. If the recipient is not available to accept their gift a calling card would be left by Royal Mail informing them a delivery of a perishable item has been attempted. we do recommend these be collected as soon as possible due to the life span of the gift. I thought the flowers were going to be closed bud, this wasn't the case and some of the flowers looked past their best.

Although the flowers were lovely and welcomed as a gift, the service wasn't particularly pleasing. After leaving a comment to leave the flowers at the next door neighbours if not in, this wasn't adhered to and the recipient had to collect them at a later date. Possible solutions to this for the future are: 1. Don't offer a notes box to put these suggestions in. 2. Don't use royal mail as the courier if they don't consider the customers wishes.

I was pleased with the flowers but was disappointed that I paid extra for the courier service expecting the delivery would be in the morning and they arrived at 4.45pm.

Ordered a bunch of flowers for a friend and when she received them, they were all still buds and not one of them had yet bloomed which felt slightly underwhelming when receiving them. The second bunch I ordered looked nice online but the packaging in which my friend had received them made them look very cheap and I felt slightly embarrassed buy them.

Bunches is ok but the postman took the flowers back to the post office and unfortunately th y were not picked up for 5 days as the recipient didn't know the package was flowers ! The post office could have written on the card flowers or left them instead of taking them back !

Didn’t arrive on the receipients Birthday. I appreciate I can pay £5.99 for guaranteed delivery date but why should I? Think I paid enough for the flowers!
