“Overall they are usually very good and the quality is usually excellent. However recent experience exposed the weakness as although I selected a day for delivery and paid for it , they couldn’t actually guarantee delivery that day. Also they have no back up plan if the person is not there to receive. To send the flowers to effectively die inna depot somewhere until collection is not acceptable. I see its a problem with the type of product but i will be hand delivering myself next time.”

Thank you for your reply. I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your recent delivery. Our free delivery service is based on a -2 working day delivery with 97% of our gift arriving on the day of choice, however to guarantee a delivery date we do recommend the courier service option is selected. As we are a flowers by post company the delivery policy is if the recipient is not at home they are taken back to the depot for the recipient to collect or re-arrange a further delivery. “The recipients were very happy with the flowers and baby elephant, but I didn't see them. I was a bit disappointed they weren't delivered on the day they were due to be delivered, but it wasn't a problem.”

“Usually very high standard and prompt delivery but on this occasion the flowers were delivered to the house and left on the doorstep - nobody was at home until the next day due to unforeseen circumstances. The telephone request before delivery was ignored? However the flowers were in good condition the following day.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you have been disappointed with the delivery of you gift and the recipient wasn't home to accept this. If a safe place can be found to leave the gift the delivery driver may leave this to avoid the recipient having to go to the trouble of having to collect this. I am very sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the recent arrangement that has been received from us at Bunches; our arrangements are shown online along with a full description of what is included within the arrangement. We include this description on the product page so that our customers know what they will receive in their order. Our flowers are dispatched whilst still in bud and so the arrangement will look smaller than the image displayed online; this is to ensure a maximum vase life and limit damage during transit. “I was not happy that my friend was not informed that the parcel she received was flowers. It was a bouquet for her Roth birthday and she was out when it was delivered. Due to the fact that royal mail did not state that the parcel had flowers in it, she choose to have the parcel delivered 3 days later. Some of the flowers survived but not all. Please inform your delivery system that they need to inform people that flowers are in the parcel. I am not happy that my friend did not receive her flowers for an important birthday promptly”

“Ordered flowers they did arrive. It would of been nice to have an e mail to say they had arrived at destination instead of me having to phone and ask if they had arrived!!! Which wasnt the idea .ordered flowers from other companies and they always say they have been delivered maybe you should do the same. Not sure if i would use you again for that reason.”

“Generally OK, but it would have been nice to have had confirmation that the flowers were delivered to the person I requested. Regarding the questions, I don't know if they were delivered on time, who made it, or the condition of the flowers.”

“Usually perfect but this time flowers were delivered a day late which was disappointing. To be fair they say that may be the case with that free delivery but I've used them many times and never happened before. Otherwise the product was to it's usual standard and happy with that.”

“The product was delivered in good time bit was not exactly what I had hoped for. Although most of the bouquet matched that as advertised, there was at least one species of flower which had been substituted. This effected the whole look. Slightly disappointing.”

“The flowers were delivered in brilliant time. Slightly disappointed with the flowers - great sunflowers but only a few white stems between in contrast - did not feel it was value for money.”
