No feedback if flowers were delivered and when. I would not recommend.

The delivery received was a poor imitation of the picture shown on the website. For £32.00 it was 3 sunflowers, 2 roses, no small daisies and no stocks. There was some gypsophilia instead of small daisies. Summer Glow was really basic. I was embarrassed when I saw the picture from the recipient.

Looked pretty and full on website but highly let down with both deliveries as there were not like the pictures shown!

8 days later still NO flowers - 2 emails no reply - customer service (that's a joke) ringing out - whole process sucks - don't buy you won't get a product

Came on expected day however the buds were brown and some leaves were falling off. Basically ripped me off as the flowers do not look anything like the picture in fact they rip you off as they give more green leaves and stalks than the actual flowers.

I've been ordering through Bunches for a while. The last order was very disappointing. I was so embarrassed when I saw what had been delivered. There were about 8 flowers in the bouquet. I meant to take a photo but completely forgot and the person I had sent them to put them in with another bouquet by the time I remembered.

Ordered on Thursday am for delivery on the Saturday. For my mothers 76 birthday actually delivered the flowers on the following Tuesday pm. Completely unacceptable.

The whole point of ordering flowers is to get them delivered on time. Bunches failed to do this. Do not use delivery systems that can't do the job efficiently.

I ordered from this company for the first time and paid 5.99 for guaranteed delivery, as I was planning on using the flowers for a post for my wedding the next day. They arrived in a very poor state, the box was battered, as were the flowers. The roses were crushed and all heads had come off the carnations. Even if I hadn't received them in this state, I wouldn't want to pay much more than £10. Mostly greenery and very few flowers, wouldcist around £5.99 in a supermarket. After a few years my now husband rand our local florist who made the most beautiful rose bouquet for 9am the next morning which only cost a few pounds more....lesson learned. Support local.

Flowers arrived late and mostly dead. Very disappointed as this was a 30th birthday gift and not received on the day & awful condition.

The flowers were delivered to the incorrect address - The postcode and bane were correct. The word ‘street’ should have read ‘grange’ on the address that I wrote. Consequently my 94 year old mother did not receive flowers for her birthday. Although I made a mistake in part of the address, I thought more could have been done by bunches to ensure they reached the correct person. I will not be using them again.

Photo of flowers look nothing like what was delivered. £27 for a bunch of flowers that look like they have been hand picked in a back garden by a child absolutely disgusting. Very disappointing and will definitely not be ordering them again. Absolute false advertising.
