The flowers delivered look nothing like the picture advertised. As these were a gift it was very disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I spent nearly £35 for flowers for my wife and what arrived was disgusting.It looked like someone had picked them and just thrown them in the box. I will never shop with them again,really disappointed .

Disappointed I paid the extra for flowers to be delivered on time and they arrived late. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t use again.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you have been disappointed yoru gift didn't arrive on the date you would have liked. Royal Mail 24 is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 98% chance of the gift arriving on your chosen day, however this is not a guarantee and sadly the gift may arrive the next working day.

I have sent an email saying i was very dissapointed with the flowers,were not as many or as nice as in the pic when they were delivered.that was a week ago and ive had no response back

I ordered flowers for a very special occasion the arrival of my Sister to England ! 5 days later and after many phone calls they still had not delivered ! Refunded - the occasion lost !

could get better flowers at Tesco, even now they’ve bloomed they’re nothing as shown in photos. also lots of the stems and flowers were broken off when taken out the box.

I have used Bunches a number of times satisfactorily but my last two orders have been very disappointing. Wilted flowers, stems with many broken heads have been my major complaint. Flowers are often sent to cheer somebody up - these two bouquets definately wouldn't!

We've been buying flowers from Bunches for many years and have generally been delighted. However the last two we ordered (during the pandemic arrived late and in very poor condition largely due to Post Office delivery issues. However, this does mean that I am reluctant to buy from Bunches again until this is resolved one way or the other.

Ordered the flowers , asked to change the date as found friend was away 48 hours before delivery ( not Bunches fault ) However I an email to say change of address and date was accepted it and would be changed . However flowers were still delivered to the original address and on the original date !!! So died on a doorstep. Not impressed , why send an email to confirm changes then NOT do it ??? Regards Jo

Absolutely hopeless- flowers didn’t arrive on the requested day (in fact they haven’t arrived at all & it’s now a week later) even though I could have chosen the day before the one I asked for. When complained I got a cheeky, couldn’t care less response from someone called Flair, at customer services saying that delivery can be up to 2 days later than specified date- customer services, that’s a joke Now that it’s a week later I have sent in another request for a refund - I wonder what sort of an Customer care response I’ll get from Flair this time, now that they’ve completely failed on delivery-

Despite instructions parcel not left as requested on doorstep and returned to post office. The 91 yr old couldn’t get the flowers herself. Very disappointed

Hello, I was very upset to hear from Mrs Sharkey that her flowers weren’t received on Friday. She didn’t get them on till the Sunday night because they were delivered to another neighbor. They were away and didn’t come home until the Sunday evening at 11 pm. Needless to say they were not good.I only found out about this this morning and was going to phone you.contact me please to resolve this. These flowers were for their wedding day.
