Terrible do not deal with. Flowers broken on del and half dead paid £25 could have bought for five at garage emailed have not had reply

Disappointed that the flowers I ordered for the anniversary of a friend’s mother’s death were meant to arrive on Saturday and didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Won’t use again.

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. Box arrived at the wrong address, was damaged at the bottom but that I wasnt to bothered about. The flowers were a big disappointment so unimpressed nothing like the photo on the website. They were bought to lay on a dear friends grave, I can't believe I paid that sort of money I ended up buying flowers from Tesco would never buy again

I ordered flowers to support a family member after a bereavement. The postal service did not deliver the flowers but left a card 3 days after the flowers should of been delivered. No attempt to redeliver. Flowers picked up and they are all dead

Nothing like the picture was not worth the Money .. flowers sparse colours different to picture was very disappointed

Was not happy with the amount and size of the bouquet also looked a bit squashed looks like half a normal bouquet size will not be ordering again

I’m absolutely disgusted in the flower we order from this site we chose them because they looked the biggest and brightest bunch for 30 quid however once they arrived at our friends they was shocking I could have gotten nicer flowers from aldi and tescos for 30quid! I have already written a complaint and will never use this site again!!!

Was a little disappointed with the flowers - For the money! they were not quite as per the photo! They looked like a bunch of £3.99 carnations you could pick up at any supermarket! Sorry but I don’t think we will use again!

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Wouldn’t recommend, had a issue with the delivery being sent to post office as there was no answer as they wasn’t home (because it was a surprise to celebrate being cancer free) and they told me it’s the delivery drivers choice to abide by the instructions left by customers. Wouldnt have ordered if I new my instructions would be ignored and wasted £25 as the person who needs to collect them from the post office can’t as his in the high risk category and over 80 year old so will not risk going post office. No help from customs services. Kept telling me to “have a good day” well clearly it’s not otherwise I wouldn’t be talking to customer services to complain.

I have always ordered flowers for friends and relatives through Bunches but have recently been very disappointed with my last purchase. I ordered one of the sunflower bouquets and within 5 days they had to be thrown out as they were looking in a really sorry state and looked like they had gone rotten. I'm hoping this was just a one-off.

Unfortunately i mistakenly wrote 3 instead of 33 and the flowers were sent back as number 3 refused delivery i dont even know if they have returned to you or just gone, wasted 20 pounds and let my pregnant niece down quite sad really

Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday. Picked a particular bouquet that would remind her of the flowers along the lane she would have picked as a child growing up in her local town. Unfortunately the bouquet she got DID NOT reflect this. The flowers were not the same as shown in the picture. Upon complaining was asked to provide a picture. Trying to get my mum to send me a pic was a challenge. The response received was give it a couple of days for the buds to flower. We did. Still no difference. Sent another pic. No response!!! Do not use Bunches unless you do not mind what they send. Apparently they know your close family better than you so will choose what to send.

I have been a very loyal, longtime customer of Bunches, spent literally hundreds of pounds with you but was let down badly with the last 2 deliveries. I wrote to customer services and was told that although I had requested a certain date there was no guarantee of delivery on the chosen day which I understand but to be told the flowers had been sent out 3 days earlier was unacceptable. Upon receipt of the flowers my Aunt told me they were dry & limp - hardly surprising having been in transit for over 3 days. Your customer service person was not at all bothered, simply stating ‘it tells you this in the small print upon ordering’. I had to go to Moonpig, order another bouquet which was sent & received by my Aunt the very next day. I was so upset with Bunches & unfortunately will not use you again.

Saddest bunch of flowers ever. £20 on a tiny bunch- petrol station has better, misleading images. Do not use.
