The flowers arrived dried out and dead. My mother was extremely disappointed.

Bunch of flowers arrived a day later than requested. Also flowers that arrived were not like picture on website that showed a full bouquet. Several weedy stems that did not reflect what was advertised. Very disappointed and won’t order again.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. The free delivery service that was selected is not a guaranteed delivery service, we do advise this is a 1-3 working day delivery. Please accept our apologies for any disappointment this has caused. The person never received the flowers as I made an error, it was auto filled in address and was wrong. Thanks did email you but no reply

No feedback on whether it was delivered. Need to tell customers when sending remote gifts that they got there. Change the way you work!

Not happy with my flowers been trying to find a contact number or email to complain but had no luck. Absolutely nothing like the picture very small bunch of flowers absolutely not worth the price I paid.

Really disappointed by the quality of the bunch of flowers my friend received. They looked like a cheap bunch from a petrol station. I was actually quite embarrassed by what they received. Fair play, bunches offered to send another bunch out when I complained. But unfortunately it was too late.

I used this site for the first time and had very bad experience. Mostly because my order didn't arrive, and had a hard time to reach the customer service to inquire what went wrong!

I have used Bunches for flower deliveries in the UK for numerous years to send bouquets to my relations (I live in Australia). I was very disappointed on my most recent occasion to use Bunches as you advertised "Free Delivery within the UK", but then charged me 5.99 UK Pounds at checkout!! I queried this, but did not receive any satisfactory explanation, rather I was simply ignored. Not good enough! Martyn Gabe

We can confirm that at the moment we are not offering a free delivery service on a Monday, this is courier service only. When selecting your delivery date you have the option for free delivery and courier service. When selecting Monday as your delivery date there is not option for free delivery only courier service. Worst experience!! Do not waste your money on this company. They didn’t deliver the flowers nor did they leave a card. I receive an email days later saying the flowers were refused by recipient. I contacted my aunt, who they were for, she had been in, nobody came by with flowers or contacted her or left a card. No refund received and no care given by the company. Will not use again or recommend!!

Took longer than expected to arrive, disappointed that it didn’t come in time for my mothers birthday. When the flowers finally arrive the flowers were half dead Would not purchase again.

The proof of a good company is the resolution and resilience when things go wrong I selected the wrong address in error I was reminded my mistake was not their responsibility I Was offered a discount An offer I accepted Only to be ignored thereafter

First time I have ordered flowers disappointed no flowers arrived for my daughters birthday, no delivery was attempted as somebody at home all the time , was offered some more flowers but declined as the moment had gone . Have asked for a refund and won't be using them again

Booked to arrive on a Saturday, arrived on the Monday. Excuse of covid is running thin now, my usual flower company manages to deliver on the day requested. Not many flowers for the money either. Looked more like a £5 supermarket bunch. Will not use again, would not recommend.

Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. The flowers in the picture on their website are inaccurate as what is being delivered. I would not trust this company, when I complained they have failed to respond.
