“Our order was placed on 10th August for delivery on 12th August. Appreciating the flowers may be delivered 1-2 days late because of COVID as stated by the Bunches website, we accepted this. However, we were not happy to later find out the flowers didn't arrive until 18th August. Very unimpressed with the service”

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Royal Mail 24 is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with a 98% chance of the gift arriving on your chosen day, however this is not a guarantee and sadly the gift may arrive the next working day.
