I ordered your most expensive bouquet and paid for courier delivery as all the other plans to celebrate my wife's birthday were cancelled. It arrived the next day but packaging was ripped and soggy. The quality of the flowers was very poor with all of the roses failing to last. The whole went in the bin within a few days. Very disappointed and won't be using this service again!

Ordered my flowers over two weeks before my friends birthday but they arrived a day late. I will never use you again or recommend you . Should have been delivered 18th. March arrived 19th .very bad service .

Very poor value for money. £22.00 for carnation stems and a small tube of chocolates. The flowers weren't even nicely delivered and with a guarantee of 14 days they were looking tired after two. They have perked up a bit since so it must have been the transportation. That's all Bunches do, sell flowers. They don't have to think about anything else which makes the level of service even more the poorer. My mother wasn't happy, and she ended up buying herself a beautiful bunch of flowers from the supermarket for less than half the price and added them altogether. I most definitely cannot recommend the company.

My sent flowers were thrown over the back gate in the rain ,spoiling the box and card sent ,flowers were salvageable just .why as there is a porch over the doorstep where they would have stayed dry. Hence l did not state where to leave them , l thought it would have been common sense. I was very wrong .

I shall never be using your service again !!!! I ordered my mother some flowers 4 days before her birthday and they arrived the day after her birthday. A very unsympathetic email saying you only gaurantee 93% of deliveries. So my mother lives in a town, not rural, near a main road, you had 4 days warning and still couldnt meet that target. Absolutely disgusted .....

A present for our daughter-in-law’s special birthday for which I paid extra for courrier delivery arrived in a crushed and broken box. The flowers were in acceptable condition but the event was a total disaster. I was offered a refund of the courrier cost which I found derisory and haven’t accepted. Bunches should take responsibility for their delivery services. Other bouquets arrived during the day from other companies all in perfect condition .

Ordered flowers for a special birthday...eighty..and they didn't arrive on the specified date. Contacted by email and got the standard apology reply saying tha 93% arrived on time but by only using the 1st class Post Office system "they" couldn't assure that the flowers would arrive on time. What a load of male cows excrement! First and last time of using! Moonpig, M&S and various others will now get my business!

Absolutely shocking I had to go to Sainsburys in the end and buy some flowers as the ones I brought looked cheap especially for the price I paid.

The flowers were delivered to a neighbour which after 4 days were re pieced, I'm not happy with the service as the flowers should of been delivered to correct address. The flowers were days old when they revieved them. I feel there should be a refund.

Having purchased numerous bouquets before the one bought for my wife's birthday this time was not what I have come to expect. Flowers were dead after 2 days despite using the powder that came with them.
