Disappointed at the bunch of flowers. They didnt last long and could have got the same bunch from any supermarket at a feaction of the cost.

Sadly, am unable to review the service, since I feel sure that the flowers I ordered never arrived and Bunches are unable to tell me whether they did or didn't.

As the free delivery service was selected we are unable to track the delivery, however if you are able to contact the recipient to see if the flowers have been received, we can then look into this further. Probably the most disappointing, underwhelming, poor value Valentines bouquet I have ever bought. And that was just my reaction...the recipient was even less impressed. Luckily my partner of 16 years is sticking with me but I won’t be using them again or recommending Bunches to anyone.

Purchased a bunch of flowers on behalf of my hospitalised father to send to my mother who is in a care home. Flowers were £28. Totally disappointed, looked like they cost about £6. I emailed bunches and received an unsatisfactory response.

Ordered flowers to be sent to my friend . She was being ordained as a lay preacher and this was an achievement she worked hard for despite having a disability. I wanted something special !!!, So dissapointed at what she described as two bunches of freesia and a few lilac stems.

Very sad to say I feel Bunches let me down on my last order. Flowers ordered two weeks in advance for a friends 84th Birthday arrived a day late, I was extremely upset and embarassed.

They were bought for a very dear friend who was eighty four called Joan Waite. She telephoned me up and told they were lovely pick roses and pink lilies, she also said they came at a very good time about ten minutes to one. Thanks Mrs Shelagh E Wallace

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers from bunches.co.uk to come in a date much in advance, one bunch did not look like the image at all! And the other bunch never turned up.

Pretty disappointing. Only some flowered. One of the three types of flowers in the bunch all died without opening, the other two opened. Would not buy again.

Not worth the money. Arrived half the size of the picture on the website. Total rip off - overpriced! Supplier suggested using a different vase!

If I could give less than one star I would. Bought these for my mother in law for a special birthday and assumed that they would be dispatched on time. They never even arrived. How they expect flowers to be alive 7 days after the requested delivery date I am not sure - but was advised to wait up to 7 days before I could have a refund. Was told I had probably entered the wrong address for delivery?! Appalling and a waste of money. Don’t bother.

Very, very poor. Because my sister was out the flowers were not left in a safe location. They were taken away and when she went to the sorting centre they had yet to be returned. When I called bunches they said it was not their problem. All very poor
