Arrived on time but for the cost very few flowers

I originally ordered to be delivered on Sunday 27 sept. But paid extra then realised it wasn’t till Monday 28 to so I emailed you to tell you to deliver on the 28th and make up the extra £5.99 in flowers. You answered me straight away that you would do this but then delivered them on Sunday 27th anyway so not perfect service I’m afraid.

Disappointed with the last delivery, it ended up 12 miles away in a different village and completely missed the Birthday surprise. Bunches are usually so good and I'm a regular customer.

Some of the stems looked a bit weary on arrival but revived somewhat after a few hours in water. Not up to the previous standard.

I made three orders, two arrived very well on the scheduled date. But the last one arrived five days later dead. Even after I complained and asked for a refund. Natural flowers can't stay long inside a box. I didn't think it was honest. Out this insidente. I approve.

I was slightly disappointed with how small the bunch of flowers looked in real life as compared to the picture on the website

I was disappointed that my flower order wasn't delivered until Monday 28th September even though I ordered on the 23rd September to be delivered on the 24th/25th. It was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter and her boyfriend as they moved in to their new 1st home during that week. The flowers eventually turned up (by Royal Mail, we believe) on the Monday. Very disappointing and sad.

Beautiful bouquet and prompt. But I ordered thinking it was a florist near to where the recipient lived, then found it was by post therefore extra cost.

Easy to,order but very disappointed flowers were not delivered on the designated day which totally defeated the object as were for a very special occaion. Would be reluctant to use service again.

Our free delivery service is based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. The flowers I ordered recently for my daughter were not 100 per cent. There was one droopy rose in the bouquet.

I ordered a bunch of. Flowers for my daughter. The flowers did not look like my chosen bunch and lasted less than 3 days. We were also disappointed to find the flowers contained dyed blooms. I won’t use bunches again.

Have used Bunches for many years and have always been very happy with the service and value of the flowers & chocolates. However, on this occasion, I was disappointed that the flowers could not be delivered on my friend's birthday. I did receive an apology and explanation but still feel a little disappointed.

They contacted me to say there was a technical fault over weekend so flowers were not delivered on time and when they were delivered I was disappointed with the amount. It sure I would use again

A bit disappointing. Bouquet did not bear much resemblance to the photo on the website.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. I used Bunches because I had been sent some earlier this year and was delighted by how fresh they stayed. However this purchase was not as impressive. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday and I saw them on Saturday, by which time the roses and some of the other flowers looked distinctly past their best. This was for a very special anniversary for my daughter and so was rather disappointing.

We selected Bunches having looked at three other options. Their photos were attractive and their pricing policy is reasonable. However, when my brother & his wife sent us a photo of our gift to them we were disappointed to see fewer flower blooms than shown in Bunches marketing photos. We understand, of course, that flower availability varies through the seasons but alas there were less blooms in our gift than we were led to believe would be delivered
