Our free delivery service is usually based on a 1-2 working day delivery with 90% of gifts arriving on the date selected. However we have provided a link on our home page that advises the delivery may take an extra day due to the pressure Royal Mail are experiencing at present. I have ordered once before and the quality of the letterbox flowers was brilliant. However, I recently ordered a full bunch, and for the price was very disappointed with the size.

Flowers arrived a day late, which was disappointing as it missed my Aunts Birthday, however they were as described and smelt beautiful.

Flowers ok Delivery by Royal Mail terrible. Flowers not delivered to neighbour as requested but taken back to sorting office which was closed so flowers received 2 days late.

We are sorry to hear you have been disappointed with your recent delivery. he delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. A delivery request can be left, however this is at the discretion of the delivery driver and cannot be guaranteed. Flowers were easy to order and delivered on time but I was disappointed that the flowers looked like a cheap option when compared with other displays which had been sent to our daughter in law for a similar price.

Quick service so no issues ther whatsoever but was very disappointing in what I got for the money spent. I expected this bouquet to be much larger. Looked like a bunch I could have but in a local shop for £5. I thought I was ordering the same bouquet that a friend received from here but they weren’t a patch on them and only a few pounds cheaper.

Usually very good but this time we saw the flowers 5 days after receipt and they looked quite droopy. Would have expected them to last a little longer

I was told by my daughter that the flowers were nice, she also told me the flowers arrived by royal mail when they were supposed to be delivered by a courier as I paid extra for that. therefor I down rated this service to 3star. and will not use them again as I do not like paying for something I didn't get

I can’t say much because the order was for an elderly lad’s 90th birthday and have so far received no response from her. I do know that it was delivered because I was sent a photo by the courier who left it outside the front door. I had requested that if there was no reply, the parcel should be left with a neighbour - this obviously did not happen so I was rather annoyed about that.

The flowers were okay....not the greatest, you will get more at the supermarket for the same price.....but yeah....i bought them as a gift and they are very pretty but it just look a little sparse, and theres nothing more cringeworthy than a sparse bouquet....

having used Bunches for many years in the past, starting when we had a post office and village store in the 1990's, and been satisfied with the bouquets and service all that time I felt it would be nice to send my wife a 70th birthday bouquet. The arrival date was met but the bouquet disappointed, in respect that there was only 1 very small stem of gypsophila and the freesia's were dying. The carnations were perfect colour and in good condition and are still looking good now. The piece of birthday cake was much appreciated and was excellent. Our first connection with bunches was at the Aston Villa football ground when the company was launched at a sub postmasters exhibition. I recall a free buttonhole being distributed at the time as a promotion for your new business.

Told bouquet was attractive but it arrived 3 days later than date given. Not much good if ordered for a special occasion.

Nice flowers but the box was too big for the letterbox. The letterbox is normal size.

While the flowers where beautiful, the whole surprise gift element was ruined when the flowers (in a box) where left at the entrance of the apartment building of the recipient rather than being delivered to the actual door. The recipient could have easily just not opened the apartment door to comply with the COVID-19 requirements. But the fact that she had to go outside and get it, ruined the surprise a little. So, nothing wrong with the flowers, the issue was with execution.

Hi I have always had wonderful flowers from bunches, usually gone for the most stems. This time I thought I would get the sunflowers, very disappointing, only one large and the others smaller. the accompanying flowers in the bunch was minimal. in fact some of the sunflowers did not open up. I will carry on using bunches just avoid the sunflowers bunches.
