I was disappointed when my daughter-in-law sent me a photo. There seemed to be very few flowers and I could have bought a bunch far cheaper at a local supermarket which would have looked better. I felt very embarrassed when I saw the photo. I have used you for years and usually I am pleased.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Have used bunches for years & they have always been excellent but this time there standards were disappointing. But will use them again & hope this was just a blip.

The quality was great but instead of a pink bunch of flowers they sent all white which was not very appropriate for the celebration

They were delivered to the wrong address. I acknowledge that I might have put 71 Hillside but the post code was definitely the correct one for no.70 Hillside, Banstead.

I use this company regularly and have always been pleased with their flowers. However I recently purchased flowers for my daughter that were really disappointing. I emailed a complaint nearly two weeks ago and unfortunately they haven’t responded. Time for a change!

I ordered some flowers for a friend and they were not like I ordered and when I got in touch they said as I was not pleased that they would send some more that has not happened so only 3 stars

These flowers were sent for a special birthday , when I saw them was not very impressed, as the flowers were not the same length, the bokay of flowers were okay but not worth the money I spent on them, would not use again.

Usually every one I have sent flowers to , have been very pleased but this last time I was very disappointed in them. My friend sent a photo and I felt dreadful. Will not be sending any more.

I ordered a bunch pf freesias which I thought would take minimal arrangement and would look pretty as in the illustration. There were at least 4 colours in the ones displayed online but inly 2 (white and yellow) in the bunch sent. Fortunately, there were yellow ones so at least they smelt nice.

On our last order the quality of flowers was quite poor. This wasn't a quantity issue it was quality. This was described by the recipient as embarrassing. They were for my sister's birthday and the best of the bunch lasted 4 days. She bought some from sainsburys the next day for a fiver to bunch up the vase and these are still there 2 weeks later.

The flowers are absolutely beautiful but sadly the quantity wasn’t the best thought there could have been much more In there with the price

The delivery arrived on time and well presented. However, the flowers were not as described. I ordered Berry Charm, described as lilac and purple carnations with lilac fresias. This was not the case - the bunch was overall extremely pink. Rather disappointing.

Use Bunches a lot. Good value and usually happy with flowers. Florist choice was very disappointing. Emailed Bunches several weeks ago to inform them and have never received any response.
