“Ordered a card To come with the flowers which didn’t arrive, couldn’t get out (hence the order in the first place), sent an email to ask what happened and never heard back which was a bit annoying. The flowers however arrived on time and were exactly as expected - happy with them.”

“Previously I have been very pleased with the service but that was not the case with my last order. I requested flowers be sent to 2 people at different addresses. The confirmation email showed incorrect details. After a telephone call I was assured, verbally & by email, that the error had been corrected. Both bunches were delivered to 1 address. After a further telephone call, a complimentary bunch was delivered to the other recipient which partially made up for the disappointment she had experienced the previous week.”

“Flowers were gorgeous! The "medium" sized bouquet was very small... If of hate to have seen the small size. For the amount of money you're paying for fresh flowers you think you'd get more flowers. Even though they were pretty, would have been better of buying flowers from Tesco or Lidl for example”

“A bit irritated that you claim “free delivery” but then charge for “tracking” whether or not this is required!”

We can confirm we do offer a free delivery service, however this is not available on a Monday and we only offer tracked or courier deliveries on this day.
