“A bit irritated that you claim “free delivery” but then charge for “tracking” whether or not this is required!”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you are unhappy you have been charged a tracking fee. We can confirm we do offer a free delivery service, however this is not available on a Monday and we only offer tracked or courier deliveries on this day. When selecting your delivery date there is not option for you to select free delivery on Mondays. Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment this matter may have caused. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the bouquet that arrived. Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey. The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. “I have used Bunches on a few occasions, but my latest order left the recipients dissapointed, as after just 3 days most of the Roses had wilted.”

“I ordered my flowers to be delivered on my mother’s 80th birthday. They were ordered in plenty of time but they were not delivered on time. The flowers themselves were fine but it was a disappointment .”

“My order to a friend was delivered on.my asking date. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers I had ordered and I have to say they didn't look as good as they had online. Was quite disappointed”

“The flowers i sent to our Granddaughter Miss H Stead were good and she loved them.BUT the flowers Sent to us from Bunches by Mrs Pat Pryde were half dead she sent photo of them alongside the brochure picture to Bunches.Therefore I will have to think before I use them again after using them for years.”
