I bought some birthday flowers for my sister in law and when she sent me a picture of them I was so disappointed.I had ordered from Bunches before and I was really pleased with them but not this time.I complained to them but I didn't get satisfactory answers from them.On the website the flowers that I ordered were very different from what was sent.Waste of money and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Good quality flowers and fast service. But you get nowhere near the amount of flowers to what the image shows. Very disappointing and NOT worth the money, better off buying from the supermarket or support your local florist!

Some of the flowers were still in bud a week after delivery. So they opened at different times and never looked good in the vase. I could have bought nicer flowers at a garage. Didn’t think they were worth £24. Delivery spot on hence one star. Wouldn’t use again.

Flowers arrived on scheduled date however 3 stems were broken. The freschias only lasted for 4 days and the iris' didn't flower - they had died before coming out of the bud. Overall very disappointed!

Very disappointing. Flowers don’t look anywhere near to the picture - even after blossoms opening (some buds didnt open at all)

Looked nothing like the images, the bouquets were half the size, not the same colours and looked like they’d been picked from a garden. Wouldn’t waste your money.

I was very disappointed. The flowers intended for my mum for mothers day were delivered to me rather than her. A couple of the flowers had been broken and one was wilted. One of the roses had a hand written label attached to the petals. In some way it was better 0being delivered to me. My mother would have said they were beautiful but at least I know what they are like and I know not to buy again

Half of the flowers pictured on the bunch on the website were missing, very poor for the price of the flowers. If a photo needs to be provided please let me know as I am very unhappy with the product.

Awful! Delivered Mother’s Day flowers all in bud, with stems broken and obviously no care taken in packaging. Then they sent the same bouquet (not bigger, or better) as an apology...to the wrong address. When emailed again, no response was had at all. One mum had no or very poor flowers. Never using again.

I have been ordering/buying flowers from Bunches online for over 8 years and I was happy with the service. With regard to my recent Order Number: 9730009 Order Date: 20/02/2021 Payment Reference: q7d8ttnj I am now not a happy customer as this order did not arrive at my mum's address until 5.30 pm late afternoon on Mother's day. I know the times of orders are not guaranteed but this is still very late on Mother's day to receive them. Mum had to wait all this time until she finally saw her flowers which as embarrassing for me and a worry for my mum as she thought she would not receive them at all. I called Bunches in the afternoon of Mother's day to make my complaint regarding why did the flowers have to arrive so late on Mother's day when I initially ordered these flowers early on 20/02/2021. I feel very disappointed and let down by Bunches as I paid extra for guaranteed delivery where anyone would feel confident the flowers would be delivered at least before 2.00pm in the afternoon of Mother's day so that my mum could enjoy her flowers for most of the day but this was not the case at all. My mum is elderly with health problems and goes to bed at 7.30pm so mum had very little time to see her flowers and mum's Mother's day was not much of a Mother's day at all. This order arriving late in the day ruined her Mother's day as she so looks forward to receiving her flowers which brightens her day but mum felt she was never going to see her flowers and this took the sparkle out of her day. I feel bad too as it looks like I ordered the flowers last minute with not a care in the world but this was not the case as I ordered them in plenty of time, 3 weeks before Mother's day. I would like to receive an apology from Bunches because I felt very let down on Mother's day because of this late delivery and I didn't want mum to worry about her flowers, Mother's day should be a happy day for all mums, it should not be day of worrying.

The pictures on the website are incredibly misleading. Although it is written underneath that the bunch would contain 15 individual flowers, the pictures shown on the website are what customers focus on when picking a product. I ordered flowers for mother’s day and what arrived was is in no comparison to the pictures on the website which was disappointing. The pictures should include customer pictures so that customers can make informed decisions on whether they want to make that purchase.

Flowers delivered were lovely, but the only ones that have survived were the lilies, the rest died within a week. Disappointing as they were for my mum for Mother’s Day.

I purchased the flowers for Mothers day. The description suggested that they would be delivered closed in order that the recipient would be able to see them come out. They were weak and limp on arrival and did not improve during the week. The Iris's never opened at all!! I have always been extremely delighted with previous orders. Although I had not used Bunches for a little while, I will not be ordering from them in future.

Broken wet box, flowers put in the wrong way up, no water in the little pot, broken flower head, flowers turned up late and not looking very fresh.

Nice flowers, but they arrived 2 days after the chosen day for delivery, which had also been paid for. As they were Mother's Day flowers this was bad. The note with them said Happy Mother's Day, so there was no excuse. I ordered them 10 days in advance, so plenty of time. No apology or acknowledgement. No answer to my email either. Not good service.
