Flowers Haven't been delivered they where supposed to arrive before Christmas.

I have taken a look into this and can see that your gift was dispatched on the free delivery with the Royal Mail as requested on Wednesday 21st December as advertised this delivery can take place between a 1-2 day period and if there happens to be no one home when an attempted delivery has occurred we are assured that a calling card will be left for the recipient. The flowers ordered when they arrived here looked nothing like those in your photo on your web site. My wife and I were so very disappointed in then that we went out to a local florist and bought some nice flowers to replace then. I thought about contacting you but the damage was done!

I was very disappointed in my recent purchase due to size.. Or lack, of the bouquet.....I Could have bought better in my local supermarket for nigh on twenty pounds less

The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered, some of them were dead and it wasn't a big bunch of flowers like it was on the photo. Very disappointed

Shoddy flowers. Nothing like as described on website. Even shoddily customer service. Use another company if you have any sense!

Ordered the flowers for mum 4 Christmas and they didn't arrive. Mum is 92 I'm so disappointed with bunches as I always use them

Disgusted with this company!! Flowers were ordered on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday and of course they did not arrive, nor did they arrive on Friday and nor did they arrive at 1pm today as promised!! The recipient left her front door open while she waited for them yet according to DPD there was nobody home - that is a lie, they never even tried to deliver at that time!! I am claiming a full refund as my order was not fulfilled as expected and as promised in the emails (which I have kept as proof). They had an obligation to fulfill and did not oblige! :(

I ordered the 'snowflake' bouquet as a gift. What arrived couldn't have been further from the photograph used to sell the bouquet on the website. However, Customer Services stated that as the 'correct number' of stems had been sent they were not interested in resolving the issue. Be aware then that what you order is not what will arrive. Awful - will not be using bunches.co.uk again.

Delivered to wrong address which i am glad of as five stems for £26 that i could have got better in asda and before i got them i ordered more from you i just hope they go to right address and are better

Very disappointed with the quality of the plant that was sent to a friend as a Christmas gift as it looked nothing like the one advertised on the web page. Expensive mistake!

Ordered the Snowflake bunch of flowers for £18.99 and a small bunch of flowers arrived that looked like one you would get from Asda for £5.00. Not what was advertised at all.

I ordered the 'festive joy' flowers for my mum for her Xmas. I was expecting to receive flowers of the standard and size advertised on the website but I am extremely disappointed in what she received. The flowers were 1/4 of the size and not to the quality as seen on the picture. Very disappointing.

Not sure how long my flowers were in transit for,but they arrived wilted and in a bad way. They didn't even resemble the picture on the website... Mystique pink is what I ordered and a wilted mess is what I received!!!! I did however get a full refund after I refused another bunch being delivered. My hamper was nice,but I'll continue to use Marks and Spencers in the future...
