Flowers not delivered when advised, had an email from a delivery company advising no one answered the door and a picture of nothing showing where the missed delivery card had been left. My in laws and husband were home the entire time and checked cctv and no one came to the house the hour stated,nor the hours before and after.

Waste of money. I could have got so much more and better quality from the shop. Would not buy again. Emailed to complain and I was fobbed off. NOT HAPPY Not

I was very disappointed with both the quantity and quality of the flowers. The Christmas cake that accompanied the flowers was so small it should have been advertised as a slice. Sadly I will not purchase from Bunches again

Appalling bouquet. Could not have been further from the picture on the website, even after four days for the flowers to come into bloom. Customer Services didn't give stuff. Save your money, go to the supermarket instead. Wish I had...

The bunch of flowers that arrived looked like a £5 bunch that you get from a supermarket. Nothing special about them . Will not be ordering again

Awful. Do not use. Have not received my delivery, ordered 10 days beforehand. I wanted a refund now they are trying to blame royal mail. No flowers and a wasted 20 pound. This is my first experience and won't use again.

Delivery driver left them in my nans front garden apparently on my request .... my only request was for the driver to knock loudly and wait a bit longer then usual due to my nan being elderly .... no note popped in door and they were ruined when I called Xmas day and she finally went to retrieve them. Also brought a Xmas card has an extra and yup you guessed it no card!!!!

I placed an order to be delivered to my daughter from her husband for Christmas the order was for Snowflake £18.99 as an extra present the flowers were appalling and we were all very disappointed my daughter has complained and,was told to post the flowers back in order to get a refund this is again disgusting she sent pictures of how,bad they were I have ordered from your company before and I ordered 3 separate amounts of flowers to be delivered over Christmas I am worried they were all disappointing I shall not be ordering from this company again and would never give a good recommendation.

We were very disappointed with the flowers there was only one spray of carnations which were broken it looked terrible.l used you before and told other people about bunches.the flowers!!! Looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE

First time ever my mum was very disappointed. The flowers were almost dead on arrival and the bunch barely filled the vase. My mum lives hundreds of miles away and that is why i opt to send flowers. I have used bunches for years, maybe 4 times a year. I won`t be using them again. regards

Flowers did not represent what the picture indicted and I thought I was purchasing! Very disappointed as not cheap and could have had a lot nicer else where. will not buy again

Hi my name is eddie i ordered some flowers to be sent from your catalog in the photo it was a full bunch of blowm i was happy with the price 47 pound 78 Australian $ my daughter sent me a photo of them maybe 5 small blooms and small not happy at all

I ordered flowers for my only Aunt for delivery around 21 Dec She passed away on 15th Dec so I contacted you and cancelled the order You still delivered causing upset

I never have received any notification as to whether or not & what time /date my order was delivered (no email received) The flowers were an Xmas present for my 93 year old mum in residential care home so would've been nice to know if they were received

I have taken a look into your order and can see that your flower gift was dispatched on our free delivery service with the Royal Mail as requested on Wednesday 21st December, as advertised this option unfortunately this service was not our traceable one but should have take place between a 1-2 day period.
