“The flowers arrived as requested, good. The packaging and presentation however, was poor this caused damage to three of the blooms which had to be discarded. Overall I am disappointed.”

“I always buy my Mother's Day flowers for my mother through Bunches. We have always been very pleased. This year however, 4 of the flowers never opened...instead they turned a brown color in their bud and just died before opening.”

“Ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day, the flowers were not up to the usual standard. When they arrived the roses were dead but the others were lovely and healthy, it was such a shame has I have used bunches for a few years. it just marred the day for her especially has at the moment she was not allowed visitors this year. They arrived on time and well boxed but I would still buy again.”

“Was happy with delivery and the flowers in the bouquet but as this was for a death anniversary it was disappointing to see the reciever picture of flowers that were partially squashed”

“A bit disappointed when I saw the amount of flowers received. Ordered online incase problems with local deliveries. More flowers in the bouquets in the local shop and for half the price. I also filled the silver vase with water and it was leaking. Another disappointment.”

“This is second time I’ve recently used Bunches the first to me the flowers never arrived by Royal Mail. This time they wandered around southern England and took two days by tracked Royal Mail. I have not been told the condition. Have a feeling they weren’t great. I shall not use you again.”

“Flowers were quite average to be honest. I paid £18.00 as received a £10.00 discount. If I'd paid £28.00 for them I would of been disappointed as they weren't worth that amount of money. Sorry”

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. “Was a bit dissappointed to find that the carefully chosen fuschia coloured orchids turned out to be White ! The colour was important as thet were chosen especially for an orchid connoisseur. She loved the little butterflies.”

“The products, prices and delivery has been great (I’ve made 3 x purchases this year.) However, with each purchase, my message has been “cut off” meaning the recipient wouldn’t have know who the flowers are from. I raised this issue in January, and as of March, it was still an issue. I had to send a follow-up email and screenshots after every purchase. Bunches should fix this soon. It has put my off using the service.”

“delivery was prompt and the flowers were lovely. Unfortunately they were not the flowers I ordered. I specifically chose a bunch containing alstromeria for our anniversary as they are my wife's favourite. what she received were irises and freesias. Slightly disappointing which is why only rated 'acceptable.”

“I'm normally delighted with the service Bunches provide. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I'd ordered the bouquet on Thursday, for delivery on Saturday - the day before a friend's 90th birthday. The bouquet didn't arrive until Monday. I wasn't bothered about the slight delay but, sadly, she told me the flowers were very dry, presumably because they were hanging around in the sorting office. I suspect this was a problem with Royal Mail, rather than Bunches, and was exacerbated by the weekend. I had thought of ordering them for Friday but hadn't wanted them to arrive two days early!”
