“Mother’s Day gift was sent Receiver did notice a few dead flowers so a little disappointed to hear this. Other than that gift was ok. Spent the extra on quality size still wasnt a wow factor to the gift.”

“Disappointed in the flowers I sent to my mum for Mother’s Day. I chose the Iris and Freesias however they were very poor and looked half the quantity that was in the picture online.”

“3 based on the delivery for Mother’s Day. Whilst my mum was pleased with the flowers I wasn’t, I didn’t think the flowers looked like the picture advertise at all, quite lacklustre and sparse. Disappointed.”

“The bunch of flowers for the money was a bit small and unimpressive on arrival. However the delivery was good and all the other accompanying gifts good. There were also some free sunflower seeds.”

“Rang to say my mother would probably not be in on delivery day as in hospital. Told deliverer would try next day. Instead, left flowers at back of house. Mother came home week later, flowers still there but looked quite good so ok really.”

“Pretty but, wholly overpriced flowers. Extremely small bunch of flowers for £30. I could have bought a superior bunch in a supermarket and paid for a courier to deliver and it would still have worked out cheaper. The profit margin here is simply unjustifiable.”

“Whilst the flowers were lovely and delivery was as expected and on time, they were a little withered and quite small considering the £40 I paid for them. I will be giving them a free pass however since at the time of writing this was just prior to the COVID 19 lockdown.”

“Flowers arrived on day and by time specified , however when the flowers arrived the edges of roses were already curling and by day 5 thrown in bin as dead. I would of expected these to last a little longer than 5 days, sadly will likely go else were in future.”

“I paid a decent amount of money for my mum’s Mother’s Day flowers and I was there when they arrived. The box was damaged and some of the stems had snapped. I was embarrassed and furious I had paid £40 for them. I have given an acceptable rating as I have not had a problem like this before with bunches... or maybe I have and I just wasn’t there when the recipient received the flowers!”

“On Mother’s Day I was told that the parcel would be safely hidden somewhere as my mother wouldn’t be able open her front door she had to wait for my sister to arrive. Unfortunately the parcel was just left on the doorstep when my sister got there not hidden out of sight. But the flowers and card were lovely.”
