Efficient service! Thankyou the flowers were a gift so not sure if they were value for money or not. But always have good feedback but then people are not going to say anything else!

I have never before been disappointed with your flowers but recently I was. I chose yellow particularly and they were cream and not as many as expected. As I said I have sent your flowers on numerous occasions and will continue to do so hoping this was just a blip

Flowers received were nothing like the picture and smaller than expected. Not good value.

The picture of the flowers I ordered for my daughter in law looked beautiful but the photo they sent me not so much!!! I was disappointed.

Sent as a birthday gift and arrived on time. Recipient very kind but when I saw the flowers myself, I was really disappointed and underwhelmed not to mention embarrassed. I could have got a much prettier bunch of flowers from a supermarket at a third of the cost.

It was my first order and will be my last, I ordered a bouquet to the value of £26.99, I got 25% off my order as it was my first, I was sent a photo of the flowers when they arrived and the amount of flowers for the price was appalling, so you don’t get the discount just a lot less flowers, a scam to get you to buy

Flowers were lovely, but they were not delivered on the day I asked for. They were delivered two days later. I will not be buying flowers from bunches again.

II have used Bunches many times for years now and I have been perfectly delighted. However the last time , which was only this month the recipient didn’t get her flowers. This is the first time this has happened.

93% delivered on the day of your choice unfortunately mine was in the other 7%. The flowers were a birthday present for my elderly aunt, they included her favourite flowers freesias, I haven’t seen them myself but my cousin said when they opened the box a lot of the buds had broken off.

Sent flowers for an 87th birthday, who ever delivered didn’t buzz up and got in and knocked and so she didn’t hear the door and the flowers were taken back to shop and had to be picked up by her sister the following day flowers were lovely but disappointed

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. A delivery request can be left on the order but it is not guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Have been a customer for a number of years but they need to rethink. Often when flowers are sent we d not know if they were delivered. There is competition out there that sends you an email confirming delivery. You now ask me if or when they were delivered. Are you Kidding?

Ordered flowers on Monday the 2nd of March for delivery on the 5th of march didn’t get them till the 6th of march it was for my mums 88th birthday ordered flowers and a we birthday cake Very disappointed flowers were okay but you could buy a much better and bigger bunch elsewhere wouldn’t recommend I phoned them and they said 93 percent get delivered on the day in question wont be buying again

I put acceptable because, the flowers that were for a wedding anniversary, arrived a day late, which didn’t go down well, I purposely but a delivery at 1 day before I needed them, but they were still late.
