“I am usually very satisfied with the quality and quantity of flowers supplied, but was somewhat disappointed with the last order on Mothering Sunday. I understand that demand was probably higher than in previously years due to families being unable to visit their mums/grandma's, but quality should never be excused.”

“Recent home delivery of pink roses watering can plant had only 2flowers & rest of buds just died off. Soil was bone dried. Very disappointing.”

“We haven't seen the flowers as they were sent as a gift but the recipient told us the roses were a bit brown on arrival and she was a little disappointed. We have used Bunches before and not had a problem so maybe it was a one off.”

“I chose the larger more expensive flowers for Mothers day. Overall bouquet size very disappointing - much smaller than expected! Flowers arrived already in flower and not closed buds as advertised, hence only lasted a few days! Will not be ordering from Bunches again - extremely disappointing!”

“I would give a highter rating but the flowers arrived 2 days after the due date. However we are currently in the middle of the Corona Virus crisis and I suspect they may have been affected by this. I wanted to make sure they got to my mum for Mother's day so booked them to arrive Saturday and they came on Monday. If someone had notified me that they were going to be late. I would have been happier as I had to spoil the suprise by asking if she had recieved anything and explaining flowers were due. When they did arrive she loved them and said they were the same as her wedding bouquet so this made me happy. I was also pleased with the fact staff changed the wording for me so promplty when I made an error. They were a good value price too.”

“I went with bunches due to living in NZ and it been very last minute for Mother’s Day , also it being a slightly cheaper option .The picture looked great for the price but I have to say I was slightly disappointed when mum sent me a photo. They looked different to the picture and the bunch looked very small and sparse . Not sure if I will use again.”
