“Packaging was very difficult for 85 year old with arthritis to open mum said, and when I saw them I did think it wasn’t worth the money, but at least she got flowers for Mother’s Day at short notice. So yes acceptable.”

“Nice addition of sunflower seeds, flowers were alright however some were already dying on day of arrival and not lasted long so not worth the money. Chocolates nice and card okay.”

“The ordering process it’s self was very good. However when the flowers arrived the roses were rotting at the head. These were a Mother’s Day gift and my Mum was not impressed. She did complain and get another bunch (different to what I ordered) sent to her. Shame the first bunch wasn’t very good as it was quite an expensive one.”

“Kudos for delivering the package on time, despite the ongoing pandemic which was underway. However, I was very disappointed to see that these flowers started showing signs of tiredness within 5 days of having them. Absolutely shocking. Unfortunately I won’t be using them again. This was the first and last time.”

“I can only rate this as the customer service was good. Flowers initially received on Mother’s Day were disgraceful. Replacement received on Thursday were good but not exactly what I had ordered and no compensation for disappointing my wife on Mother’s Day”

“The flowers turned up on the correct day but they haven’t even lasted a week. The amount of money I have paid for them they should be lasting longer than a week. I am disappointed as previously the flowers ordered from bunches they have lasted a longer amount of time.”

“I was rather disappointed with the quantity of flowers in the bouquet which I sent to my mother for Mother's Day. I went over to see her that afternoon but couldn't go in because of Covid-19. I chatted to her through the window and could see the flowers on the table and it really looked like quite a small bunch. (My mother is unable to walk at all so could not bring the vase over to me to look at it closely.) I believe there should have been 14 stems but as it was a specific Mother's Day bouquet, it was no longer on the website when I went to check. I have ticked acceptable because delivery was as requested and the chocolates which came with the flowers were good (according to my mum) but I don't think the flowers themselves were very good value for money.”

“My daughter said that the white and pink edged carnations were beautiful and of Bunches usual standard. However, the third type of carnation was a greenish grey colour and weren't at all attractive. I was disappointed to know this as I usually get a small bunch, when all the carnations have been first class.”

“Standard bouquet was quite small and unfortunately they did not give me the option of larger sizes in that specific bouquet but I have had them for 5 days now and they are wilting quite a lot even with extra flower food. Disappointed with quality but service was good.”
