“Really good with keeping to delivery dates however, I perceived the product to arrive bloomed and ready for the user to receive a full bouquet. The price you pay is very misleading. The flowers also did not arrive with any water which meant some flowers are limp. If there was any unforeseen delays with dispatch, it would be likely the flowers would die before arriving. Beautiful website and images but very disappointed with what arrived.”

“I have been using Bunches for many years, as I live in Australia I send flowers to my mum and friends and have been doing so for a long time. However on this Mothers Day the flowers that arrived were broken. My dad counted 9 broken stems, my mum didn't want to tell me as she thought it would upset. So, I'm not sure what I will do the next time I need to order flowers. Regards Sarah”

“The flowers arrived in a bad state. One of the Roses was snapped at the top so had to be thrown away. Very disappointed in general quality”

“The quality of the flowers is excellent. There is a good choice of 'extras' as well. However, a bottle of Prosecco was not delivered with our Mothers Day planter. When queried, I was told that it could be despatched separately but would arrive nearly a week after the event! Not only is this very disappointing, I was very surprised when no compensation was offered. Hence I would have to consider using the company again when there is so much competition online”

“Very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered which did not match the photograph on the company's website. It appeared to be half the size we anticipated and some of the flowers were not in the best of condition. My wife is an experienced floral artist and even her care and attention failed to improve the appearance of the flowers.”

“I was disappointed that the flowers were not delivered on the date I had requested. The track and trace said the flowers had arrived in Lanark and would be delivered before 3 pm but this didn't happen. I won't use your company again.”

“Would have liked confirmation of delivery. Ordered from Australia as a surprise for elderly relatives anniversary. They keep in touch via post (no computer) so do not know if they arrived on time, in what condition or if at all. Very disappointing 🙁 Ordering was easy. Follow up not so good. My rating could have been higher if I had more information.”

“This was my second order with Bunches and unfortunately, this time, I was very disappointed with the quality of the plant delivered. I ordered a Begonia in a zinc pot for Mothers Day. The delivery was perfect, the gift plant on the other hand was in a very poorly condition. The blossoms had collected at the bottom of the delivery box. This present definitely brought no joy and was absolutely not worth the money.”

“Very disappointing. Squashed in the packaging at least 3 broken stems, and very small bunch. Considering the cost of the flowers I would have been better off going to a supermarket, would have got more flowers for cost of your bouquet. I will not be recommending you.”

“I have used bunches on a number of occasions and they have always been very good . But this time my mother was very disappointed with the very small bouquet of flowers and small card , she received this time for mothers day . At £28.99p they were not worth sending . Its a shame I can not attach a photo .”
