To be honest.. the amount of flowers my Mother received, were poor for the price I paid for them

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I was very disappointed that half of my order didn’t arrive. I’ve always had excellent service but this is unacceptable

My friends son had died and I sent her the flowers expecting them to look like the violet & iris bunch on the website. When she sent through a photo of them I was extremely upset, they looked nothing like the photo. My nephew & father have just gone into hospital. Please send my friend a bunch of flowers resembling the website photo. My distress about this is growing every day.

I did not receive a tracking number from Royal Mail as promised. The order arrived a day late.

I didnt feel it was good value for money, the bunch received for price paid didn't match up. I could have easily gone to Tesco or Sainsbury's or M&S to pick up a bigger bunch for much much cheaper. Sorry, I wasn't impressed.

The bouquet of choice was not from our hand tied arrangement and would need to be arranged and given time to bloom to resemble our online image. Ordered flowers with plenty notice (10 days in advance)for a Ruby wedding anniversary; date of anniversary was selected but flowers arrived 3 days late. I understand delivery can be longer due to current situation, however if bunches are aware of these issues then surely they would endeavour to dispatch slightly earlier. Gift received by recipient & feel flowers could be so much fresher, given the hot weather over the weekend and flowers being suffocated in a cardboard box for 4 days the flowers were not at their freshest when received. Disappointed as I was recommended by a regular customer. When we called customer services, they failed to understand the issue we had with flowers sitting for 4 day’s in extreme temperatures.

We ordered 2 bouquets of fresh flowers for our family to arrive on Friday. The first bunch arrived and we received a picture from the recipient saying they were very happy, however the second bunch only arrived the following Monday, much the worse for wear, especially given the hot weather. We understand that the postal system is under strain because of Corona virus, however we particularly ordered a Friday rather than a Saturday to allow for a day's delay. It's really disappointing to have spent money sending flowers when they arrived so late and in a poor state :-(

Recently ordered flowers for a bereavement and paid extra for next day delivery. They didn't arrive until 8 days later, 6 days after the event. I contacted them after 3 days and was told when they would arrive. I queried why when I had paid for next day delivery. No answer. After they were eventually received I contacted the company again to ask for a refund of the money paid for next day delivery, but no reply and no refund. The flowers were lovely, but the service was poor. Not sure I will use them again

Very disappointed with the delivery service. First class post is never going to get there the next day if posted on Friday afternoon. I ordered in plenty of time expecting them to arrive for my daughters birthday. So instead of her enjoying them on her birthday they spent two and half days in the postal service. Never again

The flowers were lovely but they were delivered On Monday instead of Friday also I was missing the macaroons I Have ordered with the bouquet. Shame ..

Ordered flowers a cake and card on 8th April for sister's birthday on 17th they did not arrive until 20th really disappointed and customer service was rubbish a no care attitude

Though I’ve never been disappointed b4 with my orders in the past, this last order of Planted rises in a teapot was I feel below Bunches normal standards. The order was 2days late, the roses very small, including browned edged leaves on many of the petals plus the shortbread biscuits included were soft. On a positive note, I also ordered different flowers for my Mum on the same day, these arrived on time & looked absolutely fantastic.

I have ordered many times from bunches and had little cause for complaint but this order arrived 3 days late and looked very bedraggled and with several broken stems. As this order, as most orders must be, was for a special occasion, it was rather disappointing.
