Ordered 2 items for 2 gifts on 2 different dates. One gift of flowers arrived correctly but the 2nd gift a letterbox gift has still not arrived, it was due to be delivered on 5 May, it’s now 10 May and nothing. I’ve heard nothing about a delay, if no gift delivered then I want my money back ASAP.

Was really disappointed this time. As I ordered them for my mums birthday because I wouldn’t see her due to lockdown and they arrived 3 days late! When I made a complaint they offered me very little in apologies.

The whole bunch was disappointing to say the least. Another time when I have an important day to remember I will get flowers at the local supermarket!!!

I did write and say that I thought that the delivery for my daughter was poor she had just finished her masters. I have used your service before but this time there were not many stems and a lot were broken. I understand these are difficult times but I am trying to use local or people I have used in the past

Flowers arrived not looking like the website at all, barely half the amount of flowers advertised, very sparse. Customer service didn’t care, said they would bloom, though that’s not the problem.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. I have always praised bunches highly but the last twice the website has rejected my email and password. Having ordered many times before with no problem on the same details also the one you use to email me this has been so frustrating.

Not impressed ,flowers arrived on Friday,not left with a neighbour as requested.Had to pick up from the Post Office on Saturday. Flowers were dead by Tuesday. Birthday present for my mum who is shielding during Covid-19 lockdown.She was very disappointed as was I. Have used Bunches before with no complaints.

Ordered 2 items . One was delivered 3 days later than stated. The other has still not been received. Apparently, because I ordered on a ‘free delivery’ special, it cannot be tracked or chased up . Would not use again.

Although the website was easy to use and the variety of goods was excellent I am afraid delivery and customer service let them down. Due to the present conditions I ordered my flowers ten days in advance, however they arrived three days late. The day after the due delivery date I emailed to check on my order. My reply was that only 93% of orders arrive on time yet that same day the website was advertising delivery four days later. After reminding them my order was placed ten days in advance low and behold they arrived next day. Coincidence?

The date the flowers were ordered bears no relevance on the delivery date, as explained in our delivery terms our gift are dispatched 1 working day prior to your preferred date. Delivery for mother in laws birthday was ok, flowers not worth £35 though so won’t be recommending or using again.

Flowers didn’t arrive on time four days late. No chocolates in the delivery as I paid for. No refund for the chocolates offered. Given these fluffy ball things with the flowers which didn’t add up to cost of the Belgian chocolates. I understand with covid19 the delay of a few days but not even a sorry note or anything to apologise to the customer or even an email. The flowers looked like they were not fresh. Disappointed as was the person who got them said a lot of money spent poor quality. I have always used this company and I am so ashamed as this was for a thanku present that looked so poor. I was embarrassed when my friend sent me a picture of them.

Very disappointed. The flowers I ordered were for a relative after major surgery. The post office took the flowers back as they couldn’t gain access but as she lives in a basement flat she didn’t know they had been and could not go to the post office to collect. She finally got her flowers 6 days later. I didn’t tell her she was receiving flowers as I wanted them to be a surprise.

I’ve used Bunches for a while now, sending flowers to my Mum etc. and she’s always said how nice they were. This is the first time I’ve had flowers sent to my home and I can’t say I’m that impressed. Several of the Lily flowers were snapped, some of the flowers are wilting and some of the decorative leaves aren’t so decorative anymore. Hopefully this is a one off otherwise I’ll have to look at other providers of this service.

There was no communication between the buyer and Bunches at anytime during the process. The flowers didn't arrive on time and when they did arrive the box was damaged and the flowers weren't in their best state. I bought these flowers through bunches as they support SSAFA but i will never use them again.

I received a bouquet from my friend. They looked lovely when they arrived but failed to last very long. Nevertheless,( I hadn't heard of 'Bunches' before having used a competitor when sending flowers), I decided to send a bouquet to my daughter for her birthday. Sadly, she said they only lasted 5 days and didn't live up to expectations .

Flowers have always been really good. The lack of communication is troubling. If there is a problem it is difficult to make any headway. If the flowers cannot be delivered for any reason they will be returned but the company don’t bother to inform you.
