Received flowers for my birthday, very disappointing. Wilting badly. Gerbera head knocked off. Stems have gone very smelly very quickly, despite keeping them in cool place.

I was very disappointed with the standard of this product. The quality is nowhere near as high as the pictures online and the bouquet was extremely small for the money I paid.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. The freesias ordered were dry on arrival and there was no attempt to keep the cut stems moist in the packaging. They did arrive a day later than requested, but this was probably down to the PO due to covid19 measures. The flowers lasted about a week but never looked fresh.

Delivery was good but on the second order flowers were not as stated, ie in bued. Having written to them twice to complain I have not received any reply. Very poor.

Although the bunch of flowers were lovely, they were delivered 2 days after the arranged date. These flowers were for a 70th birthday, so she didn't get them for then. I was very disappointed in Bunches and have complained.

Not good enough despite the situation with the virus. I ordered flowers and card for my sisters birthday well in advance at least a week before. But didn’t get there in time used excuse of corona virus, the flowers were ok but had been in box a while and not very many for £26. Disappointing

I have already reported by e- mail to the company, that the bouquet I selected,was selected for the deep colours( purple and deep pink) The flowers that were sent were in no way representative of the bouquet( Picasso) The flowers were mainly white, with an odd flash of colour. Very disappointing. I supplied 2 photographs, one from day of receipt and the other 2-3 days later, because I noticed there were flowers in bud. However they were white as well. The company asked if I would like them to send alternative flowers. I haven’t replied to that offer. The occasion has passed. My friend is elderly and self isolating and it was her birthday. Sometimes things cannot be rectified. What is the point in showing pictures on the website if they cannot supply the necessary flowers. Sincerely Jean Browne

Less than impressed with the quality of the flowers that I ordered. By the evening of the day they were delivered and in to the next day they had already began to droop and look disheveled. Wouldn't order again from this website.

This was a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately she said about a third of the stems were broken which was disappointing as I’ve given many ‘Bunches’ as gifts. ☹️

Disappointed by the size of the bunch - it was a really small pose of flowers and wasn’t value for money. First time using the site and won’t be reusing.

The flowers arrived on time but only lasted a few days before dying, which was disappointing as they were quite expensive

Not up to usual standard and had to be thrown away within a week. Did not look very fresh when they arrived.

Sent a friend flowers for her Birthday and was disappointed when she told me that they were wilting on arrival. I advised Bunches about this and they told me that the flowers were probably tired following transportation and asked me to tell my friend to follow the care instructions. I will not use Bunches again.

As we are a flowers by post company the flowers can appear a little sleepy on arrival, however after placed in water they usually perk up lovely. If the flowers did not fare well after watered. Until now Bunches were our go-to flower supplier, however the last flowers ordered were requested for delivery on a Saturday (shown as possible on the Bunches calendar) and they didn't arrive until the following Wednesday. Conscious now that this could be a Royal mail issue but have changed supplier because of this. Plenty others to try !

Never had a problem with you before, but the flower delivery included a card and birthday cake. The flowers,card were there but no cake and to be honest I could not be bothered in today's climate to contact you as there has been far lot more important things for me to do at this present time. But as I said I was very surprised by no cake
