I am very upset about my order it arrived at my sisters in a poor state and the flowers were dead within 3days. All though I sent a message to bunches immediately my sister informed me. They were not helpful and told me that she should follow the care leaflet and the flowers should have arrived with all brown patches around the petals as this was how they came. This has been a great disappointment to me as bunches came highly recommended.

Flowers arrived 3 days late with no communication

I ordered 2 bunches of fresias and irises and paid £26 for each bunch. The bunches were tiny and only lasted for 3 days, even though they were sent out as buds. Wouldn't recommend

Very late in delivery, flowers not very fresh. We’re a gift for a new baby and I’m quite disappointed. Have used bunches lots in the past, will possibly think twice now

Not their fault I suspect. No notification of delivery because of the postal system. Managed to get a photo of them from the care home and they looked wilted and were clearly delivered later than on the order commitment. Generally they have been good in the past.

Very disappointed with only 9 stems for around 27 pound. Plus 2 stems broken out of the 9. Value for money very poor on this occasion. Have used before and would have given that a 3.5-4.5 This was an Easter present for my elderley mother and on this form I would think twice before using you again

The first flower order for 6th April arrived a day late and was in a very sorry state. Buds on the lily has fallen off, the carnation was brown on the edges and also on the chrysanthamums. Very disappointed it was a gift for my daughter. The second order seem to be fine.

Perfect timing. I have sent 2 emails to Bunches in respect to 3 particular orders 8755235/8753497 and 8753496 the last of which NEVER arrived. The other 2 arrived so late they lasted just one day!! I have NOT received a reply from you. And am extremely disappointed as I use your Company a LOT.

I have normally been delighted with the service , however this time sent numerous orders out to freinds and family for Easter. Several did not arrive. Others arrived after Easter in poor condition. I appreciate that this is a very challenging, unique time, but feel very disappointed in the service and lack of ability to enquire or contact.

I explained why on my email to you dated 9 April - Flowers arrived very late (6 days later than expected) which even taking into account difficult present times, is quite late and when they did arrive, they were dead basically. I did attach a photo to my email.

Very disappointed with my recent purchase of Cherry blossom bouquet for my mothers 97th Birthday, particularly as we couldn't be with her as she is in a Care home. The carers took a photograph for me though to share the moment, but they certainly looked nothing like the picture shown. I know they are delivered in bud but they looked so sparse in the vase I thought some of the stems were missing. Didn't realise there were different sizes available, not obvious on web site how to choose a larger size.

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers and a birthday card to be delivered on Sat for my sisters birthday. Two days in advance. They DID NOT ARRIVE. The next day was Sunday so no post. They arrived on the Monday. Hardly going to be as fresh but looked ok.

The flowers I had from this order we ok but a bit meagre. The ones I received from you for Mothering Sunday were mostly dead on arrival and had to be thrown out by the Wednesday. I emailed you you order number and the name of the daughter who ordered them but have yet to receive any acknowledgement.

These flowers wer ordered in time for our anniversary on 5 April, (Sunday), with a delivery date of 4 Aprilil. Unfortunately they did not arrive until 6 April, left us a bit flat really
