“While eecipient says flowers were v good, my review is "lukewarm " 'cos Bunches subsequent persistent follow up advertising [ e mail; YouTube etc] extremely annoying to extent I'll definitely avoid them in future.”

“Flowers and shortbread were delivered on time and seemed to be good quality and as described, however the card I paid extra for was not delivered so the recipient did not know who they were from!”

“I am usually happy with the quality and quantity of bouquets supplied but was very disappointed with my last order. As I was visiting my brother and his wife in Surrey I had ordered a bouquet which arrived during my stay with them. It bore a passing resemblance to the picture on the web page but looked considerably smaller even allowing for the fact that the flowers were in bud. I haven’t had time to query the order but take this opportunity of doing so.”

“I’ve always had a lovely experience with Bunches, every year my mum has had flowers from here for her birthday and sadly this time round they died within a couple of days. Hopefully this was a one off and just a bad bunch.”

“I ordered flowers for a very sick friend - out my name and address in the first part of the order - then completed the part with my friends address but it without realising - I too had the same bunch delivered to myself as well to my friend. Ultimately I paid £20.88 twice. Not very happy!!”

“I chose this company because of positive reviews,but sadly I can't agree. The service was good, but on inspection of the photo my sister sent me of her flowers, the recieved arrangement was obviously less abundant than the advertised image - being short of one rose,one carnation and two sprigs of statice. This was one of the more expensive arrangements too. It is a shame I can't post a photo of the compared bouquets. In the future I would also look for an arrangement that comes in a box with water. This way you are paying for the arrangement design as well.”

“The flowers are great and are lasting very well. However, I wish I had gone for bigger bunches. I went for the larger bunches (21 stems if I remember rightly), and wish I'd paid that little bit extra for the bigger bunches, just to fill up the vases a bit more. I have given less than 5* due to the delivery experience. I told my daughter to expect a delivery and if she hadn't seen someone pass her window, she wouldn't have known they had been delivered. We didn't! After being contacted to say she had received them, 10mins later we still hadn't had any notification of delivery (she lives just down the hill). I went outside the door, nothing!, I went down the drive to the gate and there was the box, just put over the gate! Not even brought to the door! I think maybe a different courier might be in order? The box for ours was also dented and torn.”
