Flowers I ordered online looked nothing like what were sent! And delivery wasnt on time either.

I've used Bunches before, but this time around I have to say I was disappointed with the condition of the flowers. When my wife opened the box they looked half dead with the flower edges already turning brown, the balloon was minslightly upsetting as they were a day later than I wanted them!!! After spending over £50 in total between 2 orders, I'm not sure if Bunches would be my first choice in future...

Very disappointed with flowers purchased for mothers day which is a shame because all previous flowers have been really good. flowers purchased this time are all ready starting to die after only a few days

was very disappointed with the flowers I recieved, as they were a Mother's Day gift and they looked nothing like what they looked like on the Internet, they looked beautiful on the Internet but when I opened the box I expected to see better than what I received as I payed quite abit for the flowers, would never order online again!

Paid for a lovely Mother's Day bouquet , the picture showed a lovely full bunch and when my mother received them they were very sparse and looked cheap! Very disappointed

I have used Bunches many times and had excellent service, however on this occasion I rate it as poor. I paid extra for the FedEx service and the delivery turned up 3 or 4 days late! I had to notify them of the error and once I had they rectified the situation however only sent flowers until I reminded them of the card. Generally it was OK but not that impressed. Wasn't offered any form of discount and had to ask for my FedEx money back - which I only received part of.

After using Bunches for a few years this was by far the most disappointing arrangement received it wasn't even half the size of the image shown. Very disapponting

I was told I has a certain number of letter to put in my card. I wrote to the limit, I didn't write over at all. When the recipient received the flowers, it had half the message on it, and half of it didn't send. They then had to text me to see if the message was from me. Don't say there is a word limit and then cut off half my words. Poor service.

Normally very good but the flowers for my mother in law turned up wilted, and quite a few flower heads knocked off. This is probably more down to the delivery though than the florist!

I live in Australia and sent some flowers to my mum in england for Mother's Day. Whilst she was over the moon at the surprise, she told me that the flowers were withered and in pretty ordinary condition. I have used bunches before and they were great but we are disappointed this time.

Thanks for your feedback Richard. A bit of a mystery this one! Whenever a customer pays for guaranteed delivery, we ensure that a courier service is used. We do occasionally use Royal Mail Special Delivery but in the case of your order, it is showing Fedex tracking and delivery confirmation of your gift by Fedex to your recipient. So, it was definitely a guaranteed delivery which I'm pleased to hear arrived as expected with your recipient. I hope your mum is enjoying the flowers! With thanks.

I ordered two bunches of flowers for Mothers Day but, although they arrived the next day after ordering, I found them to be poor value for money. I appreciate the flowers are sent in bud but the amount of flowers sent did not represent what appeared to be a much larger bunch in the pictures on the website. I would have expected a small box of chocolates rather than a small bag and also the card included was printed on cheap looking paper. I'm afraid I cannot recommend.

Although the quality of the flowers provided in both bouquets purchased were lovely I was very disappointed in the size of these. Also I paid extra for little flowers / butterflies to be added into the bunches which we're not included although paid for.

I ordered my flowers to be delivered on Saturday 14th March in time for Mother's Day as I was going to be away from my mam for Mother's Day, they did not arrive on Saturday so I had a disappointed mam without a Mother's Day present. This is terrible service, the flowers have not arrived as yet and it is now 16th March

I see that you selected our Royal Mail First Class Post option where the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. We advise customers choosing this service to allow up to 2 days for delivery; in this case the second day would have been yesterday (Monday 16th). Very disappointed ordered 2 lots for my mother and mother in law for mothers day. They both live in same area yet one was delivered sat and the other on Monday. Complained about it yet they tried to fob me off saying order was made after cut off time. Both made in same order yet one delivered sat the other mon. Don't make sense! Not happy.

Unfortunately, the Royal Mail First Class post option you chose is not a guaranteed delivery service and we advise customers to allow up to 2 days for delivery. Royal Mail would have been sorting a large volume of parcels throughout the Mother's Day period and in this case, it is likely that your flower parcels would have been separated during the sorting process despite both leaving our factory on the same day, when you ordered. This is likely to have resulted in the differences in delivery date for both gifts. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date with any future order, you can choose one of our courier options.
