I am usually really impressed with the quality of flowers, but on this occasion feel very disappointed. The Mother's Day bouquet delivered on Thursday did not last a week and had to be thrown away on the Wednesday after Mother's Day. For the price I am not happy and my Mum is disappointed.

From the pictures on the website I was expecting a bouquet of flowers. What I actually received were flowers still in bud, in a box. I may have missed this on the product description, but thought they were very expensive for what was received.

We do send the majority of our flowers in bud, this is to maximise the vase life and encourages them to last much longer, so they may not look as big on arrival. However they do open up and bloom beautifully like the illustration on our website. This is explained on our website and on the order confirmation we sent you. I ordered two seperate orders one for my Wife and one for my Mother, the set that came for my Wife looked great which were the Roses, but unfortunately the flowers my Mum received looked poor and the plant food had spilled out all over them. So delighted with one order and really disappointed with the other.

I was a bit disappointed by the size of the two bunches of freesias I ordered, for the price paid, and they looked a lot smaller than the photo on the website.

Previously we have ordered flowers from bunches and they have been fantastic, they looked lovely, well worth the money and lasted along time. However our last order was not the case. We ordered a £25.99 bunch for my grandparents for their wedding anniversary and were very disappointed. The bunch itself looked no different from a bunch bought at a supermarket for a fraction of the price and it was only a matter of days before they began to wilt. The bunch we had previously ordered for the birmingham area really were lovely and so that's why we ordered from the site again. But the second time when the bunch came from the Chorley region it was a very disappointing ordeal.

Disappointed in this bouquet which I ordered for my daughter's birthday . The bouquet was much smaller than the one displayed in the picture not many stems at all.About 5 of the stems were broken have actually bought much better quality and quantity flowers from Tescos for much lower price will not use Bunches again not recommended at all

Flowers looked nothing like the picture very disappointed for my Mother's Day gift the card I paid extra for was so flimsy I would like to make a proper complaint and wouldn't use the service again Lucy Loveridge

I ordered a 'large' sweetheart bouquet for my mum for mothers day which cost £25.99. I requested that they were to be delivered on Friday 13th March as that was the only day my mum was off work to receive them. Instead, they arrived a day before which was super quick and I was impressed with that. But my mum was in work when they arrived. I was disappointed as the bouquet was considerably smaller than I thought. In fact it was a similar size to the £10 mixed bouquets you can buy at supermarkets. It wasn't quite a bouquet you'd buy as a mother's day gift. In addition, there were flower heads missing and stems which had clearly been cut at the very top. A few flower heads were sat at the bottom of the box. Despite the problems, I was impressed with the undamaged flowers as they were gorgeous. However, I ended up buying more flowers from elsewhere to fill in the gaps so I won't buy from here for a special occasion again.

Ive used your services in the past and been very pleased. I send flowers to my mother as I rarely get to see her. In the past I have been very pleased with the service but this Mother's day, the bunch that was sent was very poor and not as advertised on the site. A bunch of flowers advertised as 20 stems, but a very thin bunch of maybe only 7 stems was sent. My wife complained and received an email that didn't even include an apology for the poor service. This doesn't reflect well and will make me think twice next time I order flowers online.

Very disappointed to have discovered the flowers were delivered after Mother's Day despite having given Bunches plenty of notice for the delivery date (which was actually scheduled for the day before Mother's Day). Sadly, without some sort of compensation I cannot consider using your service again.

I can see that you selected our Royal Mail First Class Post option, with this option, delivery takes between 1-2 days so to make sure no special occasions are missed, we advise customers to allow up to 2 days for delivery. As you had ordered after our cut off point on Thursday your order was dispatched Friday for delivery either Saturday or Monday, which is explained on your order confirmation. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date with any future order, we have courier options available.

Flowers were deliverd on the Saturday as stated. But the flowers were in very bad condition and have died . im not happey these flowers were a present for Mother's Day And to receive a phone call from my mother .. Not to say thank u but to tell me How bad the flowers are is very upsetting. And I will no be useing. Your company again

On ordering, I was not given a confirmation email of delivery date, only of the order. My mother received the flowers on Monday evening and she found the flowers outside of her flat, not even a knock on the door!! Although my mother said the flowers were very nice, it a shame the flowers did not arrive on Saturday and that she did not receive them by hand?

The flowers looked nothing like the ones on the website, despite giving them a few days to allow the flowers to open. I had bought them for my mother for Mother's Day and they were rather underwhelming, when I went into the supermarket the following day I saw bunches of flowers that looked much better and at half the price. The chocolate that were included with the flowers, however, were lovely, they tasted great.

I have received flowers from Bunches on three or four occasions now and I'm sorry to say that each time I have been disappointed with the quality. This time the Chrysanthemums had some broken stems (again!), a selection of leaves were discoloured (again!) and 'tired' looking (the tulip leaves were very pale), some rose petals were marked and some of the smaller petals (unfortunately I cannot name the flower variety) were dying or close to dropping. Whilst I applaud your ethics and attitude towards environmental and ethical standards I do feel that my family's hard earned money would be better spent using a different company.

Flowers arrived on time and in good state, but disappointed that some of the flowers appeared to be starved of water and dropped petals on the day of opening.
