Flowers lasted a couple of days quite disappointing ordered 3 bunches for mothers day none lasted longer than 3 days

The flowers delivered did not look as good as the ones in the photo on the website, which was pretty disappointing. As it was a Mother’s Day gift I couldn’t exactly send them back

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Hello, I had ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to my Mother on Saturday, March 30th which was one of the options for delivery. You tried to deliver them on Friday the 29th but no one was available to take them and they then got delivered on Monday, April 1st, a day after Mother's day. Thanks, David Esdaile.

The delivery service selected was based on a 1-2 working day delivery, therefore a delivery was attempted on 29th March. due to Mother's Day being a very busy period, any re-deliveries arranged with Royal Mail would take a little longer to arrange. I ordered two bouquets of flowers at the same time to go to the same address for my mother and my grandmother this Mother’s Day. My order was placed on the Thursday before Mother’s Day. One bouquet of flowers was delivered on the Saturday, and the other was not delivered until the Monday. I was fairly disappointed that both did not arrive at the same time, and I can see no reason for this to have occurred, as I would imagine that they would be dispatched at the same time. I spent almost fifty pounds on flowers, and had expected a better service.

I have been ordering flowers from Bunches for years & have always been pleased. I was disappointed with the flowers that I ordered for my mum for Mothers Day. They were not up to the usual standard. The flowers usually last at least 2 weeks. Within a few days the flowers I ordered were dead. 🙁

Lovely flowers but arrived way way earlier than booked which for Mothers day, didn't quite have the impact I'd hoped for. My mum says they were well packaged.

Quite disappointed with the flowers this time, roses were withered on the outside petals. Have used Bunches for years and have always had good flowers. Also came 2 days early. Normally would recommend not so sure now.

Arrived on time...thank you. But the picture on the website was not a true reflection of the flowers my mum received for mothers day. I ordered tulips...there was more leaf than tulips! Not happywith my purchase 😦

Unfortunately l could only give 3 stars as the order was not complete. I must say though that on contacting the company they responded without hesitation, so l will definitely use again.
