My flowers I ordered for mother’s day were beautiful and my mum loved them. However they arrived a day earlier (29/03/19) when I ordered them for the Saturday. Some of the flowers including the lily and the roses have also began to die and I’ve only had them 1 week, so I don’t know what is the suggested time for them to stay alive, however for the price I would have thought they would have lasted longer.

Our delivery is based on a 1-2 working day delivery, due to mothers day, the flowers were dispatcher to arrive between 29th-30th March, this information was provided on the calendar when your preferred date was selected. Delivery was great but arrived before the date I had selected. Flowers when first arrived were underwhelming. The flowers opened up a bit more after a couple of days. Still didn't look as nice as the picture shown. Overall a but underwhelming and expensive for my first delivery.

Always very pleased with bunches service. However my mum was disappointed that her freesias I sent for mother's day only lasted 5 days whereas they normally last a week or longer.

Ordered for the first time for Mothers Day. Delivered on time but we're disappointed when I visited my Mother the day following delivery ,the flowers were very much past their sell by date. In all fairness I contacted Bunches by email and was contacted within 24 hours ,a replacement was dispatched with apologies immediately. It would have been nice if it had been right in the beginning

The order arrived on time and the quality of the flowers and packaging was very good. However, the font size used in the card was awful, bunched up together and looked quite unprofessional. If the font size could be improved and also changed to a nicer font then I belive the service deserved 5 stars. Customer service excellent as the lady was prompt and professional abs sorted out any issues I had.

Very underwhelming. Ordered for mother’s day and they arrived in bud and looked good for few days then started to die off, today they look dreadful. Not a lot of flowers, quite sparse for the price, very disappointing. Will stick to supermarket bouquets in future.

I’ve always ordered from here and been impressed, however ordered a bunch of freesias for my mum on mother’s day, they arrived quickly but had multiple dead flowers. I was surprised and disappointed. Fingers crossed they improve for the next time or I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Fine when they arrived Thursday 28th of March , but by today Thursday 4th of April most of them have wilted . My wife also had flowers from Bunches a day later from our daughter and these have also started to wilt. Quite disappointed with them .

Both bunches were delivered on time which was great. The Rose and Iris bouqet was a bit disappointing...irises dead in 2 days and some of the roses going brown from the middle on day 3.

Flowers were nice if not slightly overpriced and small. packaging helps keep from damaged but in heat and while also not being in any water could quite easier have killed them off. Despite all this the delivery was good cheaper then some rivals and product was acceptable.

Sent these to my mother., she said they were very dry and didn’t look good when arrived. But after some love and care after a couple of days they perked up.

Although in the past I have never had a problem with Bunches, unfortunately on this occasion I wasn’t at all Happy, A Birthday order I made to be delivered didn’t turn up and I had to chase it up, they re sent the order out only for the birthday cake which should of been with the flowers wasn’t there so had to chase that up as well, they did send a cake out the next day. The elderly lady did get her flowers and cake eventually but not on her birthday. Hopefully this is a one off mistake.
