Whichever florist you used in or around St Ives, Cornwall has not done your name any good. The bouquet looked nothing like the advertised bouquet. Yes there looked to be the right amount of tulips. But there was next to nothing to fill in between the tulips. It just looked very sad. May I recommend a new florist, Petalys. Check them out on Instagram. Would have used them but they have only just this week started trading.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Flowers arrived a bit dehydrated and took a few days to come right. Quite disappointing, as this usually isn't the case with bunches.

Very dissappointed in the flowers i had delivered to my mum for mothers day as they were nothing like the picture on your website, the picture shows a lovely big bunch and when my mum sent me a photo of hers, well what can i say, for the money i think i was robbed, i could have got a lovely big bouquet from morrisons for less money, needless to say i will not be using you again and i definitely will not recommend you, and also the delivery man didnt ring the doorbell, he just left them outside near the door and sent me a photo and so i rang my mum to tell her she had a parcel outside her door as she was in her house and not out

Card was lost on delivery, box had fallen over as was soaked through and some of the flower heads had fallen off

Normally I am very pleased with the flowers I have delivered. However, this time I opted for the bigger bunch and was quite disappointed with the size. They flowers arrived on time and were fresh but the bunch size was not what I expected

some of the flowers were dead. and they weren't as big as what I thought they would've been for the price, compared to competitors. plus on the first page it says free delivery, and when you go to order you have to pay a delivery charge.

All the flowers were still buds so on arrival they looked cheap and unimpressive. Having said they were easy to order, as a non UK resident this can be a hassle also bunches delivered on a Sunday, my mum enjoyed the flowers and card, all in all I would recommend bunches.

Delivery was not done well. Package left leaning against door on public pavement - note from delivery driver said left in porch (there was no porch)

As the recipient wasn't available to accept the gift the delivery driver would have left the parcel to avoid the recipient being disappointed on Mother's Day. the courier service have several options to select when leaving a gift, therefore the most appropriate one would have been selected. I was slightly disappointed with the flowers when they arrived. They were in 2 small bunches and looked nothing like the advert (I was aware they were not in a vase )but at least they could have been similar. Leaves on tulips already yellow.

I ordered the same two items for my mother and mother-in-law and neither were what I ordered from the site. I had left the order to the last minute so I appreciate that they arrived on time. Both bouquets were lovely but not what I thought I ordered and really not worth the money I paid. Slightly disappointed.

Last three orders were beautiful but the the last one on mother’s day was the most expensive I have ordered yet was the least impressive. My mum wasn’t as in awe as usual so not sure what went wrong. Usually amazing

I ordered a letterbox bunch of Iris and Freesias and only half of the flowers were in Bloom. By the time the rest came out 3 days later the others were dead. Next time I will be ordering a standard bunch as these seem to last longer.

The flowers were beautiful when they arrived but a week later they don’t look great. What a shame they don’t last longer. I expect flowers to last at least a fortnight.

Flowers sent to my mum were actually left at the wrong house, in spite of my instruction that they could be left in the porch. She wasn’t totally happy with the condition of the flowers and did tell Bunches that. They did then send her two more bunches of flowers to the correct address and in better condition.

Very disappointed that the person delivering the flowers did not ring the bell or made no attempt to leave with next door but left them on the ground in front of the door so that anyone could have taken them.

The delivery policy is that if the recipient is not available to accept the gift this will be taken back to the sorting office, after leaving a calling card. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may leave on the property. Not all drivers leave with a neighbour as some people may not prefer this. A delivery request can be left on the order but it is not guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. The flowers were delivered right on time and the packaging was really well done but the actual flowers started to die on day 3 which was very disappointing if I’m honest. In all they lasted about 5 days before they were all withered and dead despite watering and feeding them as instructed. I’ve bought from a few services and they’ve all lasted longer.

I ordered flowers for my mum on mother's day and a candle and card this cost 45 quid and there was a guarantee on life of flowers unfortunately they died 3 days in. However my mum did send an email to the company and received an apology they wernt the same bunch I sent but she was happy in the end.
