Unfortunately the bunch of flowers sent to my sister were poor. Open and dying flowers. However when she rang to say that they were a disappointment as I have used them many times before they sent another bunch to her.

I have used Bunches many times before and had good service. The most recent purchase did not go well with flowers arriving two day late and then not lasting well at all. On reporting the issue to Bunches they initially asked me to wait until after 6pm when the flowers were already one day late before confirming non arrival but then sent a replacement bunch by courier

As a flowers by post company we rely on Royal Mail to ensure our gifts arrive safely and on time; unfortunately on this occasion they have severely let us down. The flowers arrived on time and were an open bloom of Roses Sadly I was informed that two stems were broken and therefore two flowers did not arrive intact. Usually I find Bunches to be a superb iprion and would recommend but in this occasion I was disappointed 😔

The flowers were lovely but unfortunately the chocolates were missed off the delivery. Disappointed as it was a 50th birthday surprise.

Flowers poor value. I chose tulips which turned out to be a poor choice. Delivery was on time but flowers were taken to sorting office and couldn't be collected till the next day. By then they were very droopy.

If the recipient is not available to accept the gift when delivery is attempted they are returned to a local sorting office, after leaving a calling card that should be marked perishable. On some occasions if a safe place can be found to leave the flowers they may do this. A delivery request can be left on the order; however, this is not guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery driver. However, we are extremely sorry to hear that when the flowers were received, they were in poor condition. The flowers are lovely but I received a rose in a watering can at Christmas and it was awful - did not make it to Christmas Day

Very pretty but very small bouquets for the money, in hindsite I could have gone to Waitrose and got double bouquets for less. TBH I’m a bit embarrassed to give these to my mum and MIL tomorrow as they look like the same supermarket ones but paid nearly £50 for the privilege of them being delivered by a postman in a cardboard box!

Order the Luxury bunch but very ordinaŕy could of been from a supermarket. Purchased better from MandS for the same money.

1st delivery never turned up for my friend's 70th birthday, even though it was supposed to be delivered 2 days before. So new express delivery was given to me to arrive 2 days after her birthday. Flowers and miniature cake was perfect, just disappointed with service.

Hello I am both satisfied and dissatisfied with your service when I interviewed you. Dissatisfied with your way of delivering with Royal Mail. After all, the problem is when the counterparts are not at home during the day. Do you have any other delivery options.

The delivery policy is if the recipient is not home a calling card is left to inform them a delivery has been attempted and instructions on how the gift can be collected or they can re-arrange a delivery. Flowers were acceptable, unfortunately I was unaware they are sent recorded so my instructions for leaving it behind the house were unable to be followed and they were a day old by the time they were collected and already wilting.

This information is explained in our delivery terms. Our flowers do travel quiet well, therefore if they are placed in water on arrival they usually bounce back very quickly.
