Flowers were delivered on the wrong date. i.e. they were delivered the day before the date requested.

More petite than I was expecting And how small the bunch of flowers were I didn’t think the price point didn’t suited the flower bunch size

disappointed with the flower's i ordered for my mam on mothers day, description stated 20 stems of freesias but there were only about 12 - my mam did contact you re this and received bouquet of tulips but disappointed that wasn't usual standard i expect from bunches. i also ordered a bouquet for my mother in law but as i didn't see them not sure whether they were as expected.

Quick delivery on the expected date, however, the quality of the flowers was poorer than previous deliveries I have ordered. There were a few roses which were bent meaning they had to be ready removed. Disappointing.

I was a little disappointed when I saw the bunch of flowers delivered to my mother for mothering Sunday, not quite the bunch I was expecting. Although the variation of flowers was as described the quantity was however not!! I do not think that I would use this site again.

Lovely flowers,only problem they don't stick to selected delivery date, and flowers were delivered two days prior to date selected.

The flowers arrived promptly and the delivery service was great. However, we felt the bouquet was disappointing for the price. My sister and I knew we were ordering a bunch of 20 stems but some of the greenery was barely there. We may have just made a bad choice of bouquet but I am likely to go elsewhere next time.

The flowers are lovely and I’m happy with how they have blossomed, there was lots of buds which I was happy about so they will last longer. But I am disappointed that they arrived Thursday when I ordered them for Saturday. I am also disappointed that they didn’t come with flower feed to help them during their growth.

Bought the flowers as a Mother’s Day present. Was disappointed to hear they arrived looking a little wilted. Apparently they perked up after some food and water but not a great first impression.

Flowers arrived on date they should have. I saw a photograph of the flowers I didn't think they looked as good as on website. In fact for £25 I thought they were poor. I wont be using again.

Most of our flowers are sent in bud to maximise vase life and limit damage during their journey, therefore they do need a little time to bloom and resemble our online image. Competitive prices but did not arrive on scheduled delivery date (which was detailed on order confirmation). Therefore not recommended if required for a specific occasion.

Not happy with last purchase. Flowers delivered a day early and my mum wasn’t in. This wasn’t the plan. Email sent to escalate but informed that’s part of the T&Cs for delivery. Otherwise previous purchases were ok However I won’t be using bunches again.

I was a bit disappointed as the Freesias were supposed to be yellow, and half of them were white, and they seemed to be put together in colour-clumps, instead of being arranged.

Ordered flowers for mothers day couple of weeks ago. Selected delivery date Friday-Saturday, flowers were delivered Thursday- bit too early for mothers day and some of the flowers were already open which meant that they were dying and past it for mothers day itself. Have been a bit disappointed past few times with previous orders so likely to look elsewhere next time - attention to detail just not quite good enough

On time,if not before but the flowers I sent were 'tired' by the time 2 of my recipients received them. I saw my Mum's 2 days later & half were drooping already & had to be thrown out. My sister's were similare but more than that, half were brown within a couple of days. I was very disapponted as these were big thank yous to them both.

THEY DID SCREW UP MY ORDER BUT THEY DID ADMIT IT AND GAVE ME A REFUND THATS WHY I HAVE ONLY GIVEN THEM ACCEPTABLE
